*And there's another full bathroom right outside.

UPSTAIRS:
BEDROOM 3 - King Bedroom:
* Well-appointed with a TV and dedicated working space.
*With an attached full bathroom for your convenience.

BEDROOM 4- King Bedroom:
* Equipped with a TV and dedicated working space.
*With a full bathroom is located outside the room, positioned in the middle of the space.

BEDROOM 5 - Queen Bedroom:
* Furnished with a TV and dedicated working space.
*With an attached full bathroom for your convenience.

BEDROOM 6 - Queen Bedroom:
* Comes with a TV and dedicated working space.

BEDROOM 7/ OFFICE AREA:
* Features a dedicated office space with a Queen Murphy bed.
* Equipped with sofa, tables, and chairs for added convenience.

Additional beds: 4 floor mattresses available.

PETS: Pets are welcome, we allow pets at the property and there is a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay, along with a $300 incidental damage deposit.

EVENT SPACE: Please note that there is a $500 fee for hosting events in this space. This fee is not included in the initial booking and will be charged separately.

✹ There is a fee of $200 per day for pool heating, and advance notice is required as it takes some time to fully heat up.
✹ Kindly be aware that in colder months, typically from December to February, our pool heater may face challenges in maintaining a comfortable temperature.
✹ Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet along. A fee of $50 per pet per stay applies, along with a $300 incidental damage deposit. This deposit will be refunded after your stay, provided there are no damages caused by the pet.
✹A $100 fee will be charged for guests who have excessive trash.
