And whether you’re looking for some shopping, happy hour, or stocking up for a nice dinner in, there are premium shops, grocery stores, bars and restaurants literally a stone's throw away.

Enjoy a kitchen featuring granite countertops, SubZero refrigerator, premium kitchenware for gourmet cooking, including full barware set with martini and wine glasses, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, and thermal cooktop and convection oven and bar area with stools to visit with the chef while dinner comes together.

Perfect Set Up

I stayed here for a month while in the Gainey Ranch area for work. This condo was ideal. The office area with desk and two tables were ideal for getting things done. The internet was fast and reliable. The kitchen was nicely appointed. Laundry was in unit and high quality. The bed in the smaller bedroom was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very nice and a half block away. Fully recommend the property and hosts.

We met after we came to Scottsdale from Chicago and the Boston area, each having shoveled many mountains of snow. We are now delighted to have so much sunshine and warm days. We love being outside, walking, riding bicycles and dining on the patio.

We love the lush green landscaping of Gainey Ranch and the friendly neighbors from around the world. There are lots of fun activities and outstanding amenities, including the Estate Club that has a gorgeous social area, well-equipped brand new gym, tennis, pickleball and more.

The condo is furnished in a modern Scandinavian style based on Nils' heritage and our shared love of modern design. Natural light spills in from large picture windows that look out on a beautiful landscape of palm trees and views of Camelback Mountain. And, only steps away is the heated pool and hot tub, ready for a relaxing swim or therapeutic dip.
