One (1) Ring doorbell camera is at the front entrance and turned on. Recordings of audio and video take place at the front door area when motion is detected. One (1) Minut noise monitoring device in the kitchen is on. Minut is camera-free and doesn't record, collect, store or share personal data.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the Fun Coast Rentals Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $500.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
One (1) Single-Car Attached Garage Space (Dedicated), Common Shared Parking (First Come, First Served), Street Parking (First Come, First Served). All are offered free of charge to guests. Due to first come, first served nature of shared parking spots, expect limited shared parking availability during peak event periods in town. No trailers, RV's or oversized trucks are permitted on community parking premises at any time.

This property is pet friendly with a Pet Fee of $191.10 USD + Tax. Please make sure that you have disclosed and paid for any pets you intend to bring along prior to your check-in. Penalties apply for undisclosed pets found after check in. Two (2) well-behaved cats or dogs maximum per booking are permitted. Pets are not to be allowed on any furniture in the property and must be cleaned up after throughout guest stay.
