Welcome to our charming basement apartment in Burlington, a thoughtfully designed space that combines comfort, style, and functionality.

Living Room: As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting living room. It's furnished with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing evenings in. The warm, neutral decor creates a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration.

- Quiet Hours: In consideration of the owner living on-site and neighboring families, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. This helps maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

- Non-Smoking & No Party Property: Our basement apartment and the entire property are strictly non-smoking areas. We are committed to providing a clean and healthy environment for all our guests.

- Internet Usage: While we offer free Wi-Fi, we request that it be used responsibly and not for illegal downloads or any activity that might infringe on internet usage policies.

We do not recommend this property to anyone at all. Soon after our initial check in, we had to seek out a separate accommodation altogether because of the issues arose in this accommodation. We could hear all the footsteps and noises coming from upstairs (including coughs, sneezes, and very loud footsteps). It sounded like this noises were right next to you. All of the windows were open without any curtains, it wasn’t private at all. There was no outlet available anywhere in the living room and the WIFI was also not working. We were hoping to finish some work but was unable to. There were so many misc items in the bedroom, it didn’t look like the pics in the advertisement at all. There were guitars, fans, an extra bed, etc, and it was very clustered. One thing we were thankful for was that the management company was very quick to respond; however, when we brought up these issues to them, they stopped replying and we haven’t heard from them till now.
