KITCHEN: Fully equipped with everything needed to cook your meals. Breakfast bar with four stools.

DINING AREA: Round dining table can seat six. Total seating for ten utilizing stools from the breakfast bar.

PATIO: Enjoy coffee on the furnished patio in the morning while you watch the early boaters cruise by or a glass of wine in the evening as you take in the breathtaking sunset view. Seating for six on the patio. Gas grill available to cook out. Gate access to walk out directly to the pool or head to the shoreline with your water shoes to take a swim or catch a fish (with a fishing license).

BEDROOMS
Master bedroom: Wake up to a view of Table Rock Lake from the king-size bed. Includes a TV with cable and streaming services and access to the patio directly from the room.

Guest bedroom: Sleeps 4. It includes a queen size bed, bunk beds, private bath with shower/tub combo, private vanity, TV with cable, beach towels for the pool/lake

BATHROOMS

Master bath includes a jacuzzi shower/tub combo, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap), hair dryer, makeup removal wipes, towels, and hand soap.

GENERAL: Washer & dryer, towels/linens, pool towels, central heating and air conditioning, trash bags, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and toiletries.

The pool is right outside the patio, making it perfect for families to easily come in and out quickly when you need to grab more snacks, sunscreen, etc!

PARKING
Community lot for vehicles. There is no trailer parking on weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

MARINA
For launching your boat, trailer parking, and courtesy dock, the Port of Kimberling Marina is located down the street (1.1 mi or 6 minutes). The marina also has a gas dock, general store, boat and waverunner rentals, watersports store, and a restaurant on the water (Pier 28 Pizza and Grill). NEARBY
Harter House, an Ozark grocery store is directly across the road. Gas station, Castaway’s Pub, or Subway are all within walking distance. Take a two-minute drive to Big Buoy's for great food, lawn games, and live music on certain days.

15 minutes from Silver Dollar City & 30 minutes from the Branson Strip as well as Dogwood Canyon Nature Park and Talking Rock Caverns for outdoor adventures.
