Overall OK

A bit small, especially the bathroom. Had an issue with one bed collapsing as the frame broke. Contacted the owner and he was very responsive and handled the situation to our satisfaction.

Very clean older home in an old Grass Valley neighborhood. Close to downtown. Nice outdoor seating area with gas fire pit and gas grill. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

We're a family of 5 who recently moved from Oakland to Grass Valley.
We love it here! This town has a surprising amount of sophistication, with great restaurants, bars, and entertainment that caters to all ages. It reminds us of the Bay Area in that way, but with a charming small-town feel on top of it.

Our 3 dogs agree! There's plenty of space for them to roam (within reason of course!), and tons of trails to explore together.

As your host, we want to make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Grass Valley. We're happy to offer recommendations on local eats, activities, and hidden gems!

Rest assured, a restful sleep awaits you. The house has comfortable mattresses for all preferences. The front bedroom has a plush super soft memory foam mattress, while the second bedroom features a supportive medium firm mattress.
You can also choose between different pillow styles- super soft to more firm.
