Good Value for Good Space!

Property was just as advertised with 2BR and 2BA being nice for 4 adults. Host was perfect with quick communication and helpful input. Property was very clean and a good size for DC.

DC Stay

A little confused about the parking. Parking signs show limited parking time. Wasn't sure if we had to pay. Tried to SMS host, but no response. I just parked across the street. Was given incorrect network name and password for wifi. Finally figured it out after a few days. Noisy neighbors easy to hear through walls. The apt was mostly clean, except my wife found pet hair on the second bed. There is a broken piece of wood on the sofa bed that makes it difficult to open. Also, putting a second tv in one of the bedrooms would add to the comfort of the apt. Although I stated some negatives in this review, I would stay here again. Just wanted to give you some honest feedback.

Mostly good

The place was clean, comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. We could not get the door to lock. We contacted the property manager via the phone number they gave and the website but we never got any help. The neighbors next to the back patio were smoking marijuana and talking loudly. We could hear it and smell it in the bedroom.

Good stay off the beaten path in DC

I was reluctant to book this because it had no VRBO reviews (I think it has reviews on a separate site), but it was legit and a comfortable place, nice springy bed, lots of space. The entry code was wrong when I checked in but I got a very fast response and new one. Overall recommend.
