Great location. Cleanliness and Maintenance lacking.
Rating Details:
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Home overlooks a tidal cove, so setting is fantastic. The large deck and screened in porch are notable highlights.Home was not thoroughly clean when we arrived: dust bunnies under bed, pet hairs in drawers, meat fat in pan in oven, etc. Cleaners had sprayed synthetic air freshener to cover musty smell in lower level..these sprays are an irritant; two in our party were sneezing uncontrollably.House really needs some tlc: broken front door screen, blocked sink in bathroom, MBR faucet almost impossible to open/close. We sent 3 emails with lists of things that were wrong, we asked that a maintenance person just come round, so as not to play phone tag. Agent was then calling our home phone (we were in Cape Cod!!). The service Dept finally emailed after 12 days, 2 days before our departure, to ask to schedule maintenance.. even though we had asked twice for maintenance man to just come without an appointment. Agent communications were very poor in this regard.. lack of coordination between our main contact and their service Dept. I’d recommend that just one person be point of contact for guest emails/calls, to prevent similar comedy of errors.
