My home is VERY conveniently located only steps from the sandy beach, beautiful coastline and so much more!
-Calimax supermarket walking distance 3 minutes (food, liquor store, groceries)
-It is walking distance to all.... public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants (Pizza,Sushi,Sea Food), clubs, medical, dental and more.

- Wal-Mart, Home Depot and Movie theater are 2 miles from the community
"CASINO" ( 6 minutes drive)
'' IGGYS and PAPAS & BEER'' is about 1 mile from the community and located right on the sandy beach. This club is fairly large, bright and airy it offers sand VOLLEYBALL as well as other entertainment and food.
HORSEBACK RIDING is available for rental across the street of the community gate and on the BEACH.

BAJA A GREAT PLACE TO GOLF!!!
Golf Courses-Bajamar located about 35 minutes to the South, some holes are beside the rocky beach with a incredible ocean view.
Real del Mar are 15 minutes to the north by scenic road.

Hi , we are a married couple offering property rentals in this fine private, gated community in Rosarito Beach.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Some years ago we got the opportunity to obtain this a property in this excellent community; We had visited this community as kids, and knew it was an excellent community. We loved it here , our family grew coming here often, spending time in the Beach restaurant and pool, and on the beach. We felt very safe here, and when the opportunity came we started to grow our rental property business all in this community.

3 bedrooms property for a very reasonable price. It has small patio with shade. You can easily buy groceries walking distance, go to the pool, the green playing ground area or the beach, everything walking distance and feeling safe within the community and surrounding areas. When you visit our house here you will understand why in the middle of downtown we decided to invest in this community close to everything in Rosarito Beach, but just enough away from all the loud noise from clubs.
