Casa Nova is a three-story townhouse with an elevator, one car garage, plus two additional parking spots at the front of the home. There are four beach chairs and a beach umbrella available for guests. The home also includes a heated splash pool, jacuzzi, huge walk-in showers, three smart TVs, a BBQ, a private workspace in the master bedroom, three large balconies, an outdoor seating area, and a washer/dryer. Casa Nova's location offers excellent convenience as it's a 10-minute walk to Las Olas (bars, shopping, and restaurants galore!), a short drive to downtown (breweries, steakhouses, açaí bowls, music, lounges), and only 2 miles to Fort Lauderdale Beach!

At Casa Nova, we offer one starter pack for every bathroom and kitchen. These packs consist of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash, laundry pods, dishwashing soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, ground coffee, Keurig K-Cups, and trash bags for your convenience.
