Welcome to Sugar Sands Escape, we are are a no smoking condo on the ground floor. There is new tile throughout and the kitchen and bathrooms have recently been remodeled. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, Keurig, coffee maker, French press, toaster and everything you need to cook a feast of fresh seafood or throw together some sandwiches for the beach.

The primary bedroom is large with a king-size bed, dresser, television, bedside charging ports, as well as a desk and chair. It boasts a sliding glass door onto the patio with views of Lake Stewart. It has an en suite bathroom including a walk-in shower. There is plenty of space to keep your stuff.

The second bedroom has a new platform king-size bed (kid friendly height) and new mattress as well as dresser, television, bedside charging ports, a lounge chair and an en suite bathroom including a walk-in shower.

If you need extra space, we have a sofa sleeper with queen sized mattress with linens and pillows.

Step outside onto the double screened-in patio and enjoy the lush scenery of the 14th hole and Lake Stewart in which fishing is allowed (catch and release). Our patio has a table and 4 chairs and 3 Adirondack chairs for a relaxing morning coffee with a view.

There is a stackable washer/dryer combo, iron/ironing board for in-house use, no lugging laundry or having to use coins.

-There are 5 pools (2 heated year-round) (with swim bands provided), pickleball and tennis course and an 18-hole golf course
-There are 6 restaurants, an ice cream shop and a laser tag/arcade on the premises...many grant 10-20 % discount to guests
