Great property close enough to the beach. Enjoyed a very nice sunset and restful nights of sleep. It was a quick trip but the house was well equipped if we were staying longer. Would stay again.

Spacious new clean and stocked. We had a blast. Loved the layout with the main room upstairs and wrap around outside porch facing the ocean. Kids have fun in the bunk bed room. Great selection of movies and games as well. The king bedroom and jacuzzi are awesome. Great little touches that felt special. Seemed spendy but worth it.

Great spot

We have rented this house a couple of times, and it is just perfect! Great accommodations, view, beautiful deck to enjoy as well as a lower level fire pit that we enjoyed.

Great House, great location.

House is in great condition, very clean, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for making meals. The location is convenient for beach walks or going into town. Would recommend this house if you are looking for a place to stay in Manzanita.

Beautiful Home with Easy Beach Access

We could not have asked for more for our family vacation destination. Beautiful house and the management company does an incredible job ensuring that they not only get the big details right, but the little details as well. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely ocean views

This is the second time our family has stayed in this lovely, spacious and comfortable home. Everything you need is here: big kitchen with all you need to cook and serve your meals, comfy living room to enjoy watching TV or just hanging out, bedrooms with good beds, a quiet neighborhood, an easy, 10 minute walk to the beach, a quick drive to Manzanita to pick up groceries or dine at local restaurants.

We've been fortunate to stay at Coastal View several times over the past few years. The house is located just above the northern end of Manzanita beach. Very quiet, with occasional aerial views of local eagles. The house is well equipped and maintained. We always looking for a new place but end up coming back to Coastal View.

Carpet is very worn and matted. Probably not the best choice for as much use as it gets.

Needs updating

First impressions were a worn out carpet throughout the house which retains odors from dogs. Homes with non carpeted floors seem to be cleaner. Living room furniture worn out as well. View is okay if you sit in 2 chairs in corner. We’ve stayed in multiple places in Manzanita and Cannon Beach in the past 40 years. Would recommend updating this one.
