The house was lovely and the location was perfect.The communication with the property management was excellent. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect Home, perfect location.

The house was a perfect fit. The beaches were beautiful and the house was well appointed and exactly as described. The golf cart was a great addition. I highly recommend booking this house. Oh, and the traeger smoker was a great bonus! This house has all you need in a great location.

Perfect vacation rental

The house was everything plus more. Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, beautiful pool. The inside of the house is just like the pics. We will definitely come back to this house.

Perfection

We were so impressed with the “Ain’t Life Grand property”! It exceeded our expectations! From the location, to cleanliness, to bed comfort, adequate beach supplies, the amazing golf cart that fit our family, the beautiful furniture and decor to everything we could need in the kitchen! It was truly one of our most memorable trips. We didn’t want to leave!

Poor communication from onset, pool was deemed, “not within FL code” for 3 days (w/ 4 children), freezer produced 0 ice cubes during stay, HVAC without proper circulation in upstairs portion of residence, and thermostat had the same permissions as me trying to enter a middle-eastern country. “Pinky”, the one-man(or female)-band, managing/ coordinating this property prioritized her own travel schedule over our stay, and relied of an automated texting offshore company to send, “are you locked out” text messages when we were simply trying to resolve our unlimited issues. Avoid!!

The location of this home is absolutely perfect! Beach access was incredibly convenient, and being so close to the water made our family vacation very enjoyable. If location is your top priority, this property is hard to beat.The home appeared clean upon arrival, but if you’re someone who notices the details, be aware that there was a noticeable buildup of dust along the tops of the doors and baseboards. It also would have been nice if each bedroom had a fan, as the upstairs became extremely warm during the afternoons.Unfortunately, the biggest issue with our stay was the communication from the host. We woke up one morning with no Wi-Fi and immediately reached out for assistance. I called three times with no answer and sent text messages that went unanswered for hours. Interestingly, when I called from a different phone number, my call was answered, but the conversation was not helpful. I felt my concerns were brushed aside, and I was never given a clear answer about what was being done to resolve the issue. It took more than eight hours before I finally received a response that maintenance had been contacted. During our phone conversation, when I expressed my frustration over the lack of communication, the host ended the call.While the location and beach access were wonderful, responsive communication from a host is an important part of any vacation rental experience.
