We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed from the kitchen to the beach. The beach views were great, and it was just a short walk to the beach. Karen was very helpful with the check-in and answered all our questions. The beach is beautiful!

This home was perfect for our family. Walked to the beach, very easy access. The home had ample supply of beach chairs, towels and toys! We had a fantastic week!

We loved the house and would definitely recommend it for families young or old.House was well equipped, with everything you need in the kitchen and good furniture and comfortable beds. Inside was clean and decor looked fresh. Bathrooms were big and the living area was nicely laid out. We loved having balconies outside all the rooms from second floor to fourth, with views of the beach and the sound. Elevator was very welcome to move the bags, shopping and people!First floor was great with tons of beach gear and private outside shower to wash the sand off. Outside parking for 4 cars and possible to park a car in the garage too, but we didn’t need to.Very short walk to the beach, just 3 houses away and only FOUR steps to get onto the beach instead of the normal flights of steps up and down over the dunes. Location was great, not just for the beach but also just far enough out of surf city to be quieter but close enough to quickly get to shops and the bridge to the mainland.We really lucked out choosing this property.

Great family beach house

The property was well maintained. We had a couple of hiccups, but Karen took care of everything quickly! Love how close we were to the beach. We definitely will come back!

Great Place to Stay!

The house was perfect for our needs (two families visiting the beach) and the location was so easy. On top of that, the hosts were incredibly welcoming! They left welcome goodies for us and were communicative the whole time. We will definitely be back!

The house was very clean and thoughtfully appointed. It had something for everyone, including children. The house was beautiful inside and out. It helped make our beach vacation one of the best yet.

Awesome spot and host!

We had such a great time and this truly felt like a home away from home. I wish I had taken them more seriously when they said to just bring clothes because they truly have this place decked out and provide everything you need. We had a great time and look forward to coming back.

They have all the amenities possible for a family with young children. Everything was thought of when stocking the house from baby gates to a thoroughly stocked kitchen. The elevator was a nice touch for a solo day unpacking and packing the truck. This place was a great stay for a vacation.

A Great Stay In Surf City

We enjoyed our stay at Karen's place. The property was clean and furnished nicely. A bonus was the collection of beach gear for the youngsters. Getting to the beach was easy (just across the road). We'll look to stay again if we're here next year.

Perfect Getaway

This property is amazing! It’s views are breathtaking and the house is so clean! Everything you need is right there! Caitlin, the owner is amazing and very easy to get in touch with if needed. We can’t wait to stay again!
