Welcome to our newly built, quaint and comfy, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located in the neighborhood of Mira Mesa in San Diego. This property is perfect for those looking for a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the excitement of the city. You'll enjoy this open concept living and dining area that comes complete with a full-size kitchen & all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay, like high-speed wifi, coffee, TV, & board games... and only a short drive to beaches or downtown.
Spacious one story guest home with 1100 square feet of living space that can comfortably fit 8 people.
- master suite has a queen bed and bidet toilet in the attached ensuite.
- 2nd bedroom has a queen bed
- 3rd bedroom has a full size bed and twin bunk beds.
- blackout curtains in all bedrooms
- all bathrooms have walk-in showers
- plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby with a movie theater & ice skate facility.
-15minutes to downtown or beaches
-20minutes to the zoo, Sea World or Balboa Park.
-30minutes to Legoland and the Carlsbad Flower Fields.

Mira Mesa a family neighborhood with many restaurants and shops nearby. There is a movie theater and ice skate arena just a 10 minute walk away. This neighborhood is also a short 15 minute drive to beaches and Downtown. It is 20minutes to the airport, the World Famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World and Balboa Park. The Safari Park, Carlsbad Flower Fields and Legoland is about a 30 minute drive North.
