Si tratta di una grande casa con vista sul fairway 18 con vista sull'oceano! Vi è una camera da letto al piano di sotto con un letto queen size che condivide un bagno completo con il corridoio. Ci sono tre camere da letto su per le scale e due bagni. La camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio e doccia stand alone. Altre caratteristiche includono: veranda coperta da soggiorno e veranda "open air" fuori camera da letto matrimoniale, garage, cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, divano letto nel soggiorno, sala da pranzo che può ospitare sei, posti a sedere supplementari in cucina per ospitare fino a nove , lavatrice e asciugatrice, TV via cavo, TV in camera da letto principale, videoregistratore, lettore DVD, Wild Dunes Sportscard disponibile (consente l'uso di centro fitness, campi da tennis, programmi per bambini e piscina a pagamento). Paint on the ceiling is peeling, shower has black mold on the grout, furnishings are old and worn, yet a comfortable house with a great location and proximity to the pool and beach. No kitchen towels and dish soap so come prepared.

Great house with beautiful views!

We had a great stay at this property! Beautiful ocean views and spacious rooms - we saw deer walking along the beach one night! We would definitely stay here again.

Good location and floorpan. Poor condition.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the location and floorpan. The house needs to be cleaner, interior painted and repaired. The landing at the top of the front stairs is too far over the first top step making you have to put your foot sideways to walk down, the railing is loose, the interior floor shows past water damage in the kitchen, the kitchen cabinet doors are marred around the handles, the master bathroom ceiling has sections of paint missing where the paint has sheared off, the blinds are damaged, the interior needs to be painted. If I owned the house I would paint, refinish the floors, replace the kitchen counter and appliances and other fixtures in the house including the bathrooms. We brought friends here from Wednesday to Saturday and then continued our stay in Wild Dunes at another house for a week with family. The second house is a remarkable difference. The second one is clean and well kept. You can tell the second house owners have pride of ownership. Look forward to providing that review.

Beautiful home

Beautiful location. House was roomy and well equipped for our family. Quiet neighborhood, great vicinity to the pool, quick walk to the beach. Disappointed the hot tub/spa was closed all week. Also, the front steps/walkway was overrun with mosquitos, which made entry/exit tricky with the children.

Great house but needs new mattresses

Only drawback is that mattresses on both queen beds are badly in need of replacement. Otherwise, I highly recommend the house.

The air conditioning never got below 74 degrees even in the middle of the night. Its at least a 10 minute walk to the beach only if you're not carrying anything. 15 minutes if you bring a wagon with a cooler/tent. Every piece of information we were given when we booked the house and checked in said the pool was supposed to stay open until 10pm. Someone covered that with a piece of tape at the pool gate and call security when us and our friends were there past 830.

There was not alot of towels .The floors in the whole house needs cleaning or replaced.Overall the place needs to be updated.

In general it needs paint throughout. Floor needs to be refinished downstairs and is worst in the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets and the interior handrails on stairs have reached the point wherein the paint feels sticky and is grimy. I recognize it is a beach house and is facing the strain of the elements, but this house does not appear to be keeping up with the other properties in the area. I would still return to this house on a vacation, but my standards are lower and the time I had with my family in this house are cherished. Thanks,

Great House-Excellent wedding!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House fulfilled all our needs for 3 day week-end. Wife/myself, 3 adult children, 6 grand children (18mos to 13 yrs old). Beautiful view. Great location/layout/condition. Unfortunately we didn't have enough free time to use pool or beach as much as we would have liked. We had 3 cars,put two in garage,and with 3rd in driveway you may have to do some jockeying in and out. Went on Chas. carriage ride, drinks at night on King St, Ft.Sumter cruise, wedding up near airport. All traffic/distances 30-40 mins) comfortable drive. (Being from No Va/Washington DC area traffic could never be a problem!!!) Only house issue was that never came out to fix ice dispenser. Ice maker did work. Looked at about 15-20 other properties and think we made the best choice here.

Great location for the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Island Realty is a great company to rent from! Never have an issue. The location of this rental is also very good. Right beside the pool, and short walking distance to the beach (with good ocean views as well). The property condition was lacking though. The door knob of the upstairs balcony door fell off, 2 of the 3 bathtubs didn’t have a drain stopper (so they couldn’t be used as a tub), the TV remote was physically broken and the buttons were missing, half of the dining room chairs were broken, some of the wall outlets didn’t work, and the front storm door handle was built extremely close to the door frame making it dangerous while catching your hand/fingers in between the door frame and door. For the price being cheaper, this was mostly easy to overlook. But if we had paid more for this rental, I would’ve been very disappointed.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this house. We loved the proximity to the pool and ocean access. The house was good. Somewhat outdated kitchen and bathrooms, but yet they were all good and clean. The house was clean, good linens, and kitchen was well equipped but not as well organized as it could be. We found silverware in one drawer and for multiple days we thought we only had 4 forks and two tea spoons, but later found another drawer that was full of utensils. The owner should have door locks fixed that don't work properly.

Old and in bad need of remodel

Old stove, microwave that shorts out, major stains on the floor, worn out couch and chair with pillows losing feathers. For the rental rate needs to be fixed up.

To get to the beach, you walk down the street to a path and a walkway that crosses the golf course. Glad I brought a beach wagon for my little one.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views of ocean, pool, and golf course are wonderful. Unfortunately the home itself doesn’t match the views. Carpets are badly stained, wood floor in kitchen black in places from water damage. All the furniture is worn and some permanently stained. Linens are mismatched, comforter doesn’t match dust ruffle, scratchy sheets. Needs upgrades desperately...
