The outdoor table with umbrella is perfect for hosting lunch al fresco, while the built-in firepit will be your go-to stop for late nights toasting up tasty treats and reminiscing of the days activities under the vast canopy of stars.



Just minutes from downtown Palm Springs, you’ll be within easy reach of delicious restaurants, chic boutiques, cozy cafés, and scenic trailheads taking you on the hiking adventure of a lifetime. Make sure you set aside some time to take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, transporting you over the soaring cliffs of Chino Canyon to the pristine wilderness of the Mt. San Jacinto State Park where you’ll find a museum, theaters, and over 50 miles of hiking trails. Closer to the home, championship golf courses are in abundance, each featuring its own set of challenging fairways surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.



The home’s vibrant interior showcases that signature California-chic style, where form meets fashion in the contemporary furnishings and sophisticated décor. Sink into plush sofa and armchair seating in the living room while you stream all your favorite entertainment on the smart TV. On the opposite side of the home, the living room can double as an office or sleeping space, with additional comfortable seating along with a dedicated workspace for keeping an eye on those pesky emails. The galley kitchen comes fully equipped to assist in all your mealtime activities, with stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. You’ll always be in good company whether you prefer a casual cup of coffee at the counter on the high-top stools for four or more formal meals at the dining table with seating for six.



**As a Modern Heart Oasis guest, you will also be making a contribution to the local community. A portion of the proceeds from your stay will be donated to the Coachella Valley Housing Coalition to help fund low-income housing in the Coachella Valley.**



This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms and an optional full size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and patio access.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, each including a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Driveway and street parking available for 2 vehicles.

• This home is pet friendly, please note that the pet fee is not included in the total price. An additional daily fee of $35 applies, and a maximum of 1 pet is allowed in the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located on the front of the home and actively monitoring the driveway.

* Pool and hot tub heat are included with your booking at this property! To ensure temperature is at a comfortable setting upon arrival, please notify us 48 hours to request pool heat to be turned on. Otherwise, as a guest, you'll be able to access once at the property. Pool can take up to 24 hours to fully heat up depending on outside temperatures.



-For stays 28 days and longer, A deposit of $1,000/month is due prior to check-in to cover the cost of utilities for this home. Once utilities are deducted from this deposit at the end of your stay, the remainder will be returned. If the cost of utilities should exceed the allotted $1,000/month, please note that guests are required to cover the difference.





The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. An 8-minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.



Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.



Other Things to Note:

• Pool & Spa Heating Policy

Please be aware that the pool and spa heating fee is not included in the total booking charges and must be paid before check-in. Pool heating is available October through May, and requests should be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.



Depending on the property, the pool heating fee may cover both the pool and spa if the system allows. For properties where the pool and spa operate on separate heating systems, a separate fee is required for spa heating only. Each property has unique pool controls and systems.
