This property was exceptional! Clean. Nice outdoor area. Less than 5 minute walk to moonlight beach, and walkable to food and shops. Communication with the host was excellent!! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I would definitely stay here again.

the whole place was clean and well appointed. There were no hangers in the closet, they should get some in there. We would rent it again from them, it was so nice to be 2 blocks from the beach. Great beach for kids with the playground, etc.

Very clean and comfortable stay. It was a short walk to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely book the stay again.

The property was clean. A few things made our stay a little difficult. No ac, the bedrooms did not cool off at night even with fans on, doors and windows open. Make sure you check the temperature and the humidity for you stay. There was one bath towel per person (for a weeks stay) one hand towel per bathroom and one wash cloth per bathroom. The request for more went unanswered. The twin bed was pushed up against the closet, had to crawl over the bed to hang things up. Great location, walk to the beach, restaurants, ice cream shop.

This was perfect for our pets. Very nice location and having the garage was very nice. Only issue was the the tub in the master bathroom did not drain very quickly at all. Nothing that some DranO or a plumbers snake could not take care of. Overall everything was great though.

Moonlight Beach

The location is great! Short walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants! The house was perfect for my family of 6! We will definitely stay here again!!

perfect homeaway from home

location / size with private patio / garage was perfect. Being able to walk right down the street with the beach chairs /towels and beach toys provided was heaven.

We loved our stay by the beach!

We were very happy with our stay. We loved that the beach was a quick stroll away. The beach gear was so nice to have, beach cruisers were an added bonus. Everything was well cared for and convenient. Would definitely come again!

Perfect family beach home

Beautiful place with all the right amenities. Set up well with lots of beach toys and goodies. Quick, easy communication. Right near beach and great places to eat. Would absolutely stay here again and again.

Excellent Beach Stay

This place had everything we needed for a short stay. House was clean, well stocked kitchen and grill, garage for parking, outdoor shower and beach chairs, etc. The location is perfect and so close to moonlight. We enjoyed everything about the house and hope we can come back someday.

Perfect Location!

My family and I stayed in this home for a wedding and the location could not have been more perfect...short walking distance to the beach and downtown Encinitas. The home was clean, inviting, and exactly what we were hoping for (thanks for providing hair dryers!) We absolutely loved the beautiful and private courtyard! I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a relaxing beach vacation right in Encinitas!

Great place in great location

Went for a quick weekend getaway. Instructions and getting in were super easy. Lots of thoughtful touches and amenities on the inside to make for an easy weekend. Location is perfect, can get to beach and anywhere in town easily by walking. Outside patio is great too. Really great place. Thanks!

Perfect weekend getaway

We rented this house for a mini-reunion - and it was the perfect size, perfect location and perfect setting for our group of 50 year old college friends and some of our kids. Plenty of space to relax, catch up, share meals - or walk to shops, the beach or coffee. Directions and communications were clear and helpful - nice and thoughtful touches throughout the property made it a perfect weekend (or even longer) retreat.
