Our second time staying in Prominence and this particular house was great. Nice living room, bedrooms were nice and it’s just a great location to stay on 30A.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Easy access to everything. Nice pool and love wing. So close to the big chill. Recommend this unit.

Wonderful, spacious, 3 bed, 2.5 bath home! Very clean, well furnished, and nicely decorated. High ceilings and lots of windows for plenty of natural light. All the essential in the kitchen for cooking and lots of beach gear for heading to nearby beaches. Nice space with games and TV to hang out in the garage too. The golf cart...err...LSV was very convenient, well maintained, and has room for 4 plus beach gear (or 6 people). Great location within the property (backing up to wooded state park and close to the pool), and great location along 30A - BigChill across the street, short drive/bike ride/LSV ride from Seaside, Seacrest, Aly’s Beach and Rosemary Beach. At least 3 grocery store options with 10-15 minute drive. Only minor ‘knock’ would the essentials allowance. Only one roll of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 laundry pods regardless of length of stay. Not a big deal but it’s a bit of a hassle to have to go out and buy these things to get you through a stay longer than 2-3 days (particularly since you can’t generally buy just the 2-3 additional you need). Highly recommend this home for your 30A stay!

Had a great stay!!

This was a great family get away! Right around the corner from the pool. The beach accesses are right down the road - use you maps for public beach accesses, other then Deer Lake, they’re tucked away. The Big Chill being directly across the street with use of the golf cart was a 10/10. The kids had a great time, we went almost every night. The house is just as described and in the pics. We had a great time and appreciated the home like feel.

Fall Break

This townhome is very clean and nice. The decor was inviting and relaxing. The location is awesome for young families. We felt safe it was quiet and away from the teens in Seaside. The pool is a gorgeous resort style pool and my kids loved it. We took the golf cart down to Walton Dunes where we had beach chairs set up everyday for us. The golf cart at this property is nice and honestly the fastest on the road! We loved this property and would stay again.

Even better than the pictures!

The furniture in the photos is not what is in the actual house- the real furniture is even better! The house was gorgeous, in a community of condos, and right across the street from some shops and restaurants. We loved taking the bikes and golf cart out, and the home was clean and fresh. Would love to return.

Perfect beach getaway

Spectacular rental that quickly felt like home. All the furniture is comfortable, including the luxurious king size bed. Golf cart is easy to drive, take into town, etc. Shopping and restaurants are close by and everything along 30A is accessible via bikes or golf cart. The pool is close enough to walk to and a quiet place to soak in the sun or a good book. We highly recommend this unit and management company. No issues of any kind and the house is up-to-date with all the essentials. Big plus - all products were green and fragrance free; house was spotless upon arrival.
