Tucked away on a serene cul-de-sac, the house offers a sense of seclusion while still being conveniently close to everything — from restaurants and shops to the beach and golf.
This beautifully remodeled home comes equipped with thoughtful extras to make your stay even more enjoyable, including:
- Two private outdoor showers, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach
- Bicycles to explore the nearby neighborhoods and scenic coastal trails
- Beach toys and gear for effortless fun in the sun
- A gas grill and spacious deck for evening cookouts and outdoor dining
- A fully fenced yard, ideal for children or simply relaxing in privacy
Whether you're seeking quiet mornings with coffee on the porch, beach-filled afternoons, or relaxed evenings with family and friends, this home offers everything you need for a memorable coastal getaway.
To ensure a comfortable and respectful experience for all guests and neighbors, please review and follow the rules below during your stay:
- No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including indoors, outdoor areas, and driveways.
- No Events or Parties – This home is intended for quiet, family-friendly stays. Large gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted.
- Quiet Hours – Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Be mindful of noise, especially in outdoor spaces, to respect our neighbors.
- Occupancy Limits & Parking – Please adhere to the maximum occupancy stated in your booking and park only in designated areas.
Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone in the community.
Sheets/linens/towels/beach towels ARE NOT provided. Guests will need to add 1 king, 2 queen sets, 1 full set, 1 twin set and towels to their packing list or make a reservation with Grand Rental Station to have them delivered to the house (227rent). We are not affiliated with this company in any way and only recommend those to guests in need of towels, beach towels and bed linens for their visit.
