This cottage is absolutely wonderful! Spacious bedrooms, cozy living areas, perfectly appointed. The screened porch and chairs are worth the price of admission. I keep returning to this house because it’s everything I want in a beach house getaway. Bryan is a responsive and caring host. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay.

This house was absolutely amazing! We have been coming to Topsail for years and always wanted to stay oceanfront. When I saw this cute house, I couldn’t pass it up!! Bryan was amazing to work with as well. Very informative, kind, and quick! The house was very well stocked and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

This house was a very lovely house on the beach. The house was very clean, the kitchen had lots of pots, pans, dishes, etc. to cook and eat with. It had easy access to the beach. Would highly recommend.

I’m a cook, and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen in a rental. The location and house were great. Everyone in the family commented it was the best place we have stayed. The quality of everything, furniture, beds amenities were all top notch. Thanks for a great week.

Wonderful stay. The beach was practically ours alone. There were very few people around. The house was great. It was stocked with just about everything you could need. We would recommend this house to stay in. The owner was very accommodating and easy to reach.

Great place to stay!

Owner had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay and more! House is right on the beach. We let the kids run out and play and we could see them from the porch. Overall a wonderful experience and planning on staying here again next year!

Five star location and so well appointed!

The location couldn’t be beat. House has spacious bedrooms and so many touches. Night lights, stocked tool drawer, vitamix blender, radio in the kitchen, nice mattresses, toothbrush holder, cotton coverlets, plug strips in each bedroom, laundry baskets in each bedroom, the list goes on. I can’t wait to go back.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time on our vacation! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was amazing! Loved sitting on the deck listening to the waves. Our kids loved the deck too and searching for shells and sharks teeth. We loved topsail island and the tip-sea turtle! We were not ready to leave and would love to come back!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

This house was all we were hoping for in a beach house. The location on the beach cannot be beat. It was so easy bringing our stuff to and from the beach each day. The outside shower and hose made cleaning up easy. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. The host was very communicative. Quick and easy drive to restaurants and ice cream!

Great week at Tip-Sea Turtle

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beachfront cottage in Topsail Beach. We loved the traditional and comfortable beach-cottage feel of the home. The house is well-stocked with kitchen essentials, games and beach toys. Having a laundry room was an added bonus! The location steps from the ocean can’t be beat and the view from the screened-in porch is amazing. The owner gave us some great tips about things to do and was always available to answer any questions that we had. Highly recommend!

Perfection

This home is impeccable, from the incredible views, screened porch, cleanliness, beautiful decor, comfort of the beds, abundance of kitchen supplies, the stockpile of every day supplies (i.e., toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, etc...) and the excellent communication with the owner. We will definitely be back! Thank you Bryan, for sharing your slice of paradise.

We had a wonderful stay! We had family of all ages young to old and everyone had a lovely time. The property is just as described, very well stocked with anything you could need. Communication with owner was great. We have stayed at Topsail many years and this home was one of the best, everything mostly on one main floor (the older group appreciated), shower to rinse off on deck and a hot/cold one down below, really good space for parking, Cuisinart air fryer/toaster was perfect for cooking for our little guys. The rooms all have a TV with Roku, worked great for our needs. It was nice to be able to sit on the porch even in rain and just enjoy the ocean. The beach was not crowded. We had beautiful sunrises every morning, can't wait to return!

Wonderful Place!!

Our stay at this beach house was perfect!! It had everything we needed. The kitchen had all of the necessities to cook (the pans were great) there was tupperware for storing leftovers and a crockpot which we did use and we even baked some homemade cookies!! The king beds were comfortable. The owner, Bryan had the home stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and even laundry detergent, which was very nice!! Hands down this place is well worth staying at, I would definitely stay here again!! Bryan was great and kept in touch with us to make sure everything was ok. Thanks so much!! The Quinn Family

Beautiful Oceanfront house with great porch and deck!

The Tip-Sea Turtle was exceptional. We had everything we needed and it was very well stocked and very clean, comfortable furnishings! I would welcome the chance to stay here again!!! Absolutely loved it!!!

Exactly as described!

Wonderful place! Being right on the beach was amazing with kids because we didn’t have to cross the road. Bryan was very helpful with tips about the area, road reports and more. The house was very comfortable and was well stocked with everything needed. We brought our own sheets and towels so didn’t need to rent. Bring your own beach chair, but no need to bring toys because there are lots. We found lots of shark teeth and shells. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Twice as nice!

This is the second time we have rented this beach house and we enjoy this location a lot. Its quite peaceful area, spent most days on the beautiful beach with our dog (Topsail is a dog friendly beach :) playing and surf fishing. The good news is if your not catching dinner and there is a bounty of fresh seafood available close by. Highly recommend Lewis Seafood and Food Truck for fresh local seafood. Honestly once we arrive the only reason we leave is for food and drink....Its a great place hang out!

Beautiful location and stay

The house was exactly as the pictures show. We have never stayed in a home that was better stocked with paper products etc. The porch, views, beachfront were the best Our entire family loved the stay.
