Great place for a family retreat.

Lovely, clean home with lots of amenities. The farm fresh eggs were an extra treat. Kristin was wonderful to work with.

Great place

House was exactly as described. Only issue was master bath shower's ceiling coating was falling apart other than that house had more than anything you could want or need

Girls Trip

This house is absolutely beautiful. We were a group of 5 women and there was plenty of room. The location made it very easy for us to travel to Newport, Marthas Vineyard and then through Boston to Salem. The area is so picturesque!!! I would definitely recommend this charming home. Thank you

strange numbers for distance.

Nice house but not a great neighborhood and they listed it as 9 miles from Newport but that is if you were a bird to fly across the water. The driving distance 35 miles. Very misleading.

Gary, I am so very disappointed to read this review especially since we offered you a significant discount and then an early check in additionally. The home is located in a nice quiet area with a farm across the street and a restaurant within walking distance. I do not know where you got the idea that Newport was 9 miles away, certainly not from me or our listing. We are very disappointed that you would give a three star review because of something that would have easily been noted (prior to booking) with a google map search.

Wonderful Family Treat!

My family of five adults and one toddler stayed at Potters Corner for a long weekend. The house was beautiful, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Since we had my grandson with us, we cooked dinners each night. We took advantage of the wonderful seafood and farm fresh produce available in the area. Cooking dinner was a delight using the well equipped kitchen and barbecue. Our family enjoyed the nearby beach, trips to farmstands, and wine tasting at Sakonnet Vineyards. The sauna and steam shower in the master bedroom were a spa retreat that we greatly enjoyed. It was truly a wonderful vacation. We look forward to coming back again Thank you to Kristen for your help and sharing your lovely home with us.

Warm, cozy and delightful family Christmas

Our family had a delightful family Christmas in Little Compton. This home is amazingly crafted and beautiful with many great upgrades to feel like you are staying in luxury. To list a few...a gourmet kitchen with large island and nice cookware, a great wireless sound system throughout the house, a master suite that is spacious yet cozy with the added amenities of a wetbar, sauna, and steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. The owners Kristin and Adam were very friendly, accessible and helpful. We even had a live Christmas tree waiting for us wirh trimmings to decorate upon our arrival. Kristin was great about answering questions as we had a family member coming in a wheelchair and needed to make sure the house would accommodate his needs which it did wonderfully. It was a great pleasure! We would rent again in a heart beat.

Daughter's wedding week

We were 3 couples staying in Little Compton for my daughter's wedding. The house was perfect. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed. The master suite is stunning, and the other two bedrooms on the second floor are good. Beds are comfortable, bedding and towels are very nice. A/C meant we all slept well. Master suite dressing room is great for getting ready for an event - natural light, mirrors, iron & board, steamer all came in handy. Two sitting rooms with comfy sofas. Good grill and patio table. Kitchen had all we needed and a nice counter with stools for coffee and chatting. Kristin was friendly, helpful and communicative, and highly professional. Some of our party had time to explore the lovely coast and local beaches, and enjoyed local ice cream. We all loved seeing the wildlife in the garden - deer, wild turkeys, chipmunks, fishers and even a turtle laying eggs in the garden! Would return to this house without hesitation.

Excellent Choice

Our experience was top notch! There was plenty of room for our family of 8. The home was well kept and comfortable as well as being nicely furnished. The master bedroom was palatial! The location was perfect in a very quiet neighborhood. Rural, but close to everything we wanted to see and do. We would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO and will definitely consider returning in the future.

This is a beautiful & spacious home in lovely Little Compton! Perfect for 4 girlfriends long weekend trip, we wanted to stay longer! House was so clean and well stocked with everything we needed! The host was wonderful about responding to any questions or needs we had!

Wonderful Tucked Away Getaway

The house was well appointed and spacious with some great amenities you don’t find in every rental such as the sauna and spa tubs. Great outdoor patio, large kitchen. Plenty of room to gather and plenty of room stretch out. A perfect escape.

Spacious retreat

Lovely home with plenty space for the whole family. Can sleep 10 though we only had 4 adults. Quiet neighborhood but perfect if you want to connect with those you traveled with — Loved the maste suite Spa set up. Would do it again but with more family members next time ☀️

Wedding in Westport

Everyone loved the sauna and rain shower. Lots of room and lots of places to get ready for the big event. A quick ride to the ocean. A lot of great restaurants. Wonderful!

Home Away From Home!

We stayed here with our family and friends for a little vacation near the beach. The house is large and family-friendly with more than enough room to accommodate everyone, and was super clean! Nice flat yard for the kids to run around outside, very close to South Shore beach, playgrounds, and several restaurants. The property owner was very responsive too. We would definitely stay at Potter’s Corner again!

House was great for our group. Plenty of space to spread out, with rooms big enough to accommodate all 8 of us when we wanted to be together. Checkin and Check out couldn’t have been easier and Kristin was very responsive to any questions.

Pre-wedding Week

My daughter got married in Tiverton, RI. We stayed in the beautiful house for several days prior to the wedding. House was clean, comfortable and perfect for family to relax prior to wedding when time allowed. The host Kristen, answered all my questions promptly. We are so happy we found d this home. Exactly what we were looking for

We rented Kristin’s beautiful home for a much needed getaway as we were looking at a boat in nearby Portsmouth. It was the right amount of “off the grid” and “close to everything” that we were looking for. Would definitely stay again and also recommend to anyone whether just a couple like us or a few couples or a couple (couples) with kids. Plenty of space and very accommodating. Clean and spacious. Just fabulous.

lovely getaway

We really enjoyed our few days in Little Compton. The sauna was lovely, we had lots of space to spread out and chill, and the house was clean and comfortable. We wish the kitchen was a little more outfitted but I'd say that's typical of rentals. Quiet, peaceful, close to lots of trails and the ocean -- just what we needed!

The house is very nicely appointed and the master suite is amazing, including the sauna and the steam shower! We enjoyed the large backyard, trips to nearby south shore beach, and the variety of card & board games available.

Weekend away

The house was super clean and very well-equipped kitchen, and made for a great house for 2 couples with lots of extra room. Great area for bike riding and little Compton in a charming town. We didn’t make it to the beach, but think you have to get out early to get a parking spot. The owner was super responsive to any questions or requests.

Amazing property !

From the moment we booked this property to the very end, everything was perfect ! Kristin’s house is absolutely beautiful. Anything we needed was just a cabinet or drawer away ! Beds were comfortable and everything was very very clean ! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and I would also return in the near future!
