The house is beautiful and furnished with everything we could have wanted. There was a small maintenance issue when we arrived and the property owner went above and beyond to rectify.

House was absolutely perfect and host was super communicative & helpful! The location was great only 5 min drive on the golf cart to the beach & couple shops around town. We had an overall amazing time!

Beautiful home! We throughly enjoyed our time even with the few rainy days we had. We would definitely stay here again it was a few blocks to the beach so if it were hotter out we would have wanted to rent the golf cart. But it was fine to get some exercise for the dogs and walk the baby. We also thought it was great that there was extra padding for the babies, portable crib, what a nice touch.!

This place is so nice! Very very clean. The whole pool area is such a treat. The kids were always in the water. Was a problem with flies and eating down there so we kept that indoors. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Would definitely rent this place again!

Our Host and whole experience from check in to check out was very efficient. The home and all accommodations exceeded our expectations and true to the pictures on the website. Book it, book it, book it!! You will not be disappointed. This house is amazing, literally everything you need and more. Will is very communicative and it was very nice for him to check in and make sure we were enjoying our stay. The house was so nice and clean and even had a little gift basket with some snacks and water which was a nice surprise after a lengthy trip. The beds are comfortable and the house had everything you could need. The outdoor area is perfect with the grill/pool/hot tub and ping pong, There is a pool alarm in the house which is a nice feature if you have young children. It was so nice having the garage to store our beach things and our bikes. The golf cart can only be described with one word….bougie!! LOL We LOVED it!! To Will: Thank you so much for everything! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

What a great place! The house and grounds are well kept and the pool / outdoor space is private. The elevator was quite a help for my older parents. The home and furnishings are all nicely done. The area has some great restaurants and they are only a quick golf cart away. To top it all off there were toiletries in all the bathrooms. Will was very responsive to all of our questions. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

Our family ended our annual trip to Oak Island at this awesome property. It looked just like the photos and was immaculate inside! Will and Shannon were very communicative throughout the stay and made us feel at home. We will be back!

Don't hesitate to book this for your family or big group! Golf cart is amazing. Pool is great and clean! Outdoor kitchen was so nice to have outside! Kids loved the ping pong table and the arcade system.

One of the BEST rentals, EVER. Great communication w owner. Beautiful, clean, cozy home that was well stocked w all the comforts of home. It was exactly as pictured. Everything was in working order. Clean house. Nice kitchen w all working appliances. Comfortable beds. Soft sheets. Nice towels. GREAT golf cart option (highly recommend this, esp on Oak Island!) . Wish every rental was so well organized and taken care of. TY !!

Wow!! What a house! It has everything you need. The pictures were an exact reflection of what you will find when you check in. Such a great location too right down the street from beach access. Lovely outdoor area with the pool, grill, and tvs! Plenty of space inside and great living area and kitchen. The golf cart was my kids favorite! Wonderful communication from host and we will definitely be back. Thanks for the memorable stay!

This place is perfect for families or for adult get-aways. First of all, you will not find a cleaner VRBO, maybe one as clean, but not cleaner. The space was well planned too. There is a large pantry that was great for all of our food, coolers, drinks, ect which was key to keeping us organized. There were plenty of things in the kitchen from a coffee maker (single use & pot) to an air fryer. There were all the extras like tp, soap and trash bags. There was no clutter or old food left behind from others (I hate when there is a bunch of junk left). We had 3 moms and 5 kids on our trip. The outside space was perfect to entertain the kiddos and the upstairs was perfect for them to sleep and spend time together in a shared space. We rented the golf cart which was super nice and a short drive or bike ride to the beach. The owner had great communication. I highly recommend this house and would definitely return again!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week. The house was beautiful and was exactly what we had hoped it would be. The golf cart allowed us to shuttle our crew to and from the beach quickly! The house is located within a short drive to shops, restaurants and 5 mins. From the beach.Will was great to work with as well and responded quickly after messaging him. We highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was exactly as described, clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having the outdoor pool in addition to being so close to the beach. Communication with the host was easy, and everything went smoothly from check-in through our departure. Overall, it was a great place for our family, and we would definitely consider staying here again if we're back in the area.
