House was perfect for our short stay in Sarasota. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Close to beaches and the airport. It was also nice to have access to beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Hosts were extremely accommodating. We needed an early check-in and a slightly later checkout. I would definitely stay here again.

Originally from Ukraine, grew up in Denver, CO, and spent the last few years living in Sarasota where I fell in love before moving to Chicago. My passion is in beautiful interiors and expressing my creativity. My husband and I wanted a space in Sarasota for our family to visit and stay in, that we can also share with others! We put our hearts into renovating it up to our standards and love to do everything possible to provide our guests with the best experience possible.

We chose this neighborhood for its proximity to everything! Just a few minutes to main street downtown Sarasota, 10 minutes to the beach and St Armands, minutes from our family and close to the airport.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We renovated and furnished this property for our own family to stay in. It wasn't just a quick flip done with cutting corners, we wanted to make sure we loved this property and it felt homey and cozy for our guests as well as ourselves. We love the decor, the coastal aesthetic, outdoor fire pit and the functional layout. We're always looking for new ways we can make it even better and are planning for additional upgrades to the home such as potentially adding an outdoor sauna, turf, workout equipment, new shower and more privacy fence around the front in the future. Please let us know if you have suggestions for us to consider for upgrading the home in the future. If the home is not equipped with something you thought it should be, please let us know right away and we'd be happy to get that taken care of, wether it's putting in an amazon order or reimbursing you for getting it to add to the home. We hope you feel at home in our little home away from home.
