This is a fantastic house, and the property management group is very responsive and helpful. We had an amazing time on the property, which is clean, well stocked, and incredibly spacious. I contacted the property management group about an important personal item that I left at the house, and they mailed it back to me. 10/10 would stay again

The size was perfect for our large family vacation. The house was well stocked. Loved that it was pet friendly. We had a great time. The staff was very quick with their responses.

Beware of the nosey politician neighbor. We had a group of people from church coming together and before we could get settled in, the lady was out there with her dogs calling the city. The house was amazing. Our stay was on egg shells because if we went outside she was out there with her dogs walking along the fence looking over. There was no wild party, just leaders (a couple of families with small children) that came together to play Uno, eat meals together and talk about future plans for our ministry. We didn’t get the full de-stress experience we were looking forward to. However, the house was absolutely amazing and the property management group were well ABOVE average to work with. Communication was great and the house had everything we were looking for. We stayed indoors most of the time to minimize our contact with the angry neighbor. We love Big Bear and the weather was amazing. Downtown had something for everyone to enjoy and do outdoors away from the cabin - even though we had a couple of outdoor games we wanted to do. Again, if we went outside, she would come out and look over with her dogs walking along the fence. We would absolutely go back to Big Bear and use this Management Group, but not to this house. It is great for an indoor, quiet family that wants the amazing features of this house without engaging the outdoors. We have always had amazing interactions with the neighbors at other properties and look forward to making many more great memories!
