Hello, As listed in the photos and on the listing unfortunately this home did not have a Keurig although it did have a standard coffee pot. We are happy that the home was cleaned to standard and overall you enjoyed your stay. We are happy that you left us a review to let us know some of the improvements we can make in the future on this property. I noticed on your reservation that you did not reach out to us to report this. We will also make sure we have our maintenance department fix the drains on the showers. Before your arrival, we did send you multiple text messages and emails regarding the change in time upon check-in. Due to Covid-19, there are standards that we have to follow to keep our doors open. In regards to cleaning, inspection, and a time frame of the property being vacant Kind Regards, Destination Big Bear
