Excellent disconnect from the main land. Staff were amazing. Made accommodations for us and even help return my wallet I accidentally left behind. We will be staying at this house again.

Beautiful setting! Very helpful communication prior to check in and responsive replies whenever we needed anything. The house was nice and clean and well equipped. The use of a golf cart was a fun perk too!

We had such a dream vacation! We traveled with our three young children (7,3, & 1) and had the most amazing week. The house was newly remodeled, bay front, and we especially loved the Pack N Play, high chair, assortment of games, and chest of children’s toys! It is important to note this home does have a spiral staircase. It wasn’t as issue for our family, but might want to know this if booking with little ones. The property management company was super accommodating and helpful!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Peter’s Beach House. All of the furnishings throughout the home were lovely and the equipped kitchen was a joy to cook in. The location simply could not be better, directly on the bay side of the island. It was very clean and communication with property management was great. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the construction on the property next door. It was very loud every day from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, and the construction barge takes up a large portion of that lovely view of the water. We absolutely loved this home and location, and we will be back, just after the construction is complete.

We’re truly happy to hear how much you and your family enjoyed Peter’s Beach House, especially the location, the kitchen, and the overall comfort and design of the home. We completely understand how the neighboring construction impacted the otherwise peaceful setting during your stay. The island has been hit hard by two hurricanes. But the recovery is well on its way. We are in contact with the owners next door and they told us that the construction is now in its final stage. The barge has already been moved. We would be delighted to welcome you back!

We had an outstanding trip to Peter’s Beach House this past June. The house was very clean and check-in was a breeze. It’s recently remodeled and has everything you could want for a family of 4-5. The beach front is just a few steps away and perfect for small children - minimal waves, plenty of sea shells to grab, and even the ability to fish right off the beach. Toys, chairs, and everything else you might need was provided. Shallys Property Management does a phenomenal job making sure groceries and everything else are ready to go. We absolutely look to see if this is available for future trips and would stay again.
