After a relaxing day at the pool, the living area of this condo is ideal for recharging, with stylish yet comfortable furnishings, a large flatscreen TV, and a ceiling fan. A large sliding glass door leads to the tastefully furnished patio – a perfect spot to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine or meal while gazing out to the mountain view.
The dining area seats 4, and a fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. In the mood to BBQ? Fire up the grill and enjoy burgers out on the patio.
Sun-kissed and sleepy, you will rest easy in the comfortable king bedroom with a flatscreen TV and walk-in closet. And the spacious spa-like bathroom has a walk-in tile shower.
The condo also has WiFi, air conditioning, and an in-unit washer and dryer, for your comfort and convenience.

The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property, and to provide ID verification.
Local regulations also require that the property manager meets you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity matches the ID provided and to review local ordinances.
We will reach out after booking to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in, request your ID, and send you the Good Neighbor Brochure, Statement of Rules and Regulations, and Vehicle information forms for signature by you and your guests.
