House was clean. Movie room was great. Large dinning table. Could not utilize the outside seating area because of the bear activity. Property was close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The property manage company were excellent and answered all of my questions on a timely matter. We found 2 pools, one was closed for repairs and the other was so crowded we couldn’t get in. Propert was easy to find.

Girls weekend! Beautiful home. Beautiful scenery. Perfect weekend. Would highly recommend The Smokey Bear to friends and family.

This home is visually pleasing on the inside but not the outside. You can tell the photo descriptions were AI generated as they did not correlate with the property. What you seen in photos is not what the property has. The listing advertises as though it can accommodate a large group or family but it will not. The bunk rooms are connected to/near a master, which does not allow the privacy of the others guests. Having to walk through a bedroom in order to get to another isn’t the greatest. That was never advised in the description of the property. For every property I stay at with my family. I do a walk-through. Pond walking through the property initially I already noticed multiple areas that needed repair. They consisted of broken door knobs, broken kitchen supplies, and a few other areas. The main issue was walking onto the deck. With the lightest of weight from someone walking, you see the deck bow underneath them. The railings for the deck were held together with duct tape in many areas. The top of the railings were falling apart, and could easily cause slight bodily damage to someone, should they touch it at the wrong angle. The individual posts, where the deck railings were, are falling out and could fit a small child through them, which would be a year 75 foot drop to the bottom. I would not recommend this property, especially if you have small children
