I terreni di questa tenuta sono ben pianificati e integrati magistralmente nell'ambiente naturale. Fuori dalla casa c'è una tranquilla fontana d'acqua, un gazebo e un ponte posteriore coperto per godersi le bellissime serate del Colorado.

Questo straordinario design architettonico è perfettamente sospeso su 22 acri con ampie vedute sulle montagne e sulla città. La grande sala presenta travi in legno, un camino in pietra, soffitti a volta e porte che conducono ad un ponte esterno che è perfetto per intrattenere. La squisita cucina comprende bellissimi mobili, elettrodomestici di qualità professionale, pavimenti in legno, ripiani in granito e una macchina per caffè espresso. Il livello principale include anche ingresso spettacolare, suite privata per gli ospiti con bagno completo, mezza vasca, ampia sala da pranzo e studio che offre molto spazio per intrattenere gli ospiti.

Al piano superiore ha quattro camere da letto tra cui la suite matrimoniale con una tv, la sua terrazza privata e un lussuoso bagno. Una camera ha un letto king size e bagno privato completo. Un'altra camera con letto matrimoniale si collega al bagno 3/4 con doppio lavandino. La quarta camera da letto ha attualmente due letti singoli e può essere convertita in un re con richiesta anticipata.

Il livello inferiore presenta un ampio bar incorporato con una sala ricreativa perfetta per intrattenere casual. C'è una camera da letto aggiuntiva con letto king size e un letto a rotelle doppio, due bagni 3/4, spaziosa sala giochi con wet bar completo e area giochi e piscina coperta con vasca idromassaggio.

Summit House was the perfect location for our summer (large) family reunion. The hosts were absolutely fabulous and made sure our stay was so comfortable. The home is so spacious with so many areas to congregate, it is ideally suited for large groups. We feel so fortunate to have been welcomed into your home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Summit House for anyone looking for a large home with a LOT of space and great amenities….oh and with an incredible view.

Great location and property for our multigenerational family reunion. Plenty of things to do at the house as well as in Palmer Lake, Garden of Gods, Colorado Springs & Denver area. The host (Diana and Matt) were very responsive when we had an issue with the pool heater. The indoor pool was a plus - the grandchildren and adults were able to swim despite the afternoon and evening thunderstorms, and also no need for sunscreen. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time together. The kitchen was great for preparing meals together, as well as a dining room that accommodates everyone, without having to put away the games or puzzles that were at the other table locations (kitchen and study).

The hosts were amazing. I’m so grateful they took the time to give a quick tutorial on how everything in the house works on my first day there. The house itself was equally amazing. My family loved the indoor heated pool! We celebrated Christmas here and were delighted by the amount of cooking necessities that were provided. There were even toys, a high chair, and pack and plays for our little ones. Such a fantastic trip overall!

Perfect location for small ladies retreat

Our group loved our stay at the Summit House. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Setting is beautiful. We are enjoyed seeing the deer! This was our second visit and we all hope to come back next spring.

My family & I absolutely adored this property! It was very spacious, cleanly, and perfect for all of my family to get together. There were extra beds, blankets, sheets, pool towels, and all sorts of dishes that we were able to use. Diana was very easy to get ahold of and was able to answer any questions we had. It was the most beautiful weekend in Monument and the views were incredible! I would recommend to anybody and would love to come back and stay someday! Many memories made!

Absolutely fabulous!!

This home is magnificent! Everything about it is top-notch! There is a large yard so our kids could play outdoor games. It is a beautiful area for running and the house is simply stunning. It exceeded our expectations!

Fabulous!

We loved the house along with the heated indoor pool. It's nice for larger groups with lots of room to spread out. They have a very large property with easy to follow trails and a small group of deer wandered through the yard one afternoon.

Family togetherness

This was this perfect property for a family getaway. We had a 8 adults and 3 children, including a toddler — and there was plenty of room for all of us to gather together, but also spread out. The owners were very responsive to all our questions, both prior to arriving, as well as throughout our stay. Our trip to the Colorado Springs area was wonderful, largely due to the terrific home base we were able to have with this property. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

Summit House is beautiful and the location is great. The outdoor areas were comfortable and peaceful. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids and the adults. Everything you need is provided. Kitchen was well stocked with spices etc. The hosts Diana and Matt were extremely helpful and friendly and a pleasure to work with. Great house for a big family reunion.
