This house was a perfect home base for my extended family who was in town to attend a wedding. It was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked and we especially enjoyed the amenities and beautiful outdoor spaces! The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent this house again next time we are in Colorado Springs!

The home was very big with lots of beds and very well stocked for cooking.It was very hot the first few days we were there and the A/C, which is not central throughout the house, had trouble cooling. We did everything the host recommended, but it was not great.There are several things in need of repair throughout the house,and if they were fixed, it would make a big difference. But, the kids enjoyed the huge hot tub/pool and zipline etc. The house is about 20-30 minutes from many attractions, but, it is a beautiful setting.The host is very responsive and helpful.

Great house with lots of space for our group of 6. Suzanne was a great host and responsive to our request or questions. Beautiful setting but a car is definately required to access sites, restaurants and shopping.

This was a fantastic property for our family trip to Colorado Springs. Zipline, trampoline, playground, plenty of outdoor seating and privacy. The bedrooms, kitchen spaces, living/family rooms, were spacious and comfortable. Some aspects of the home show its age and require some minor fixes (sticky windows, some mold on the outdoor cushions, leaky shower) but nothing that kept us from having an awesome stay.

This property has all you need and more for a large family of any ages and stages! We had out of town family come stay at this home, and they were all very comfortable and at home here. The property alone is beautiful and there’s so much to do on it. The kitchen was very well stocked, beds and rooms were comfortable, and the host had great communication. We appreciate you opening your home to our family. They are planning on coming again in the summer and mentioned they would love to stay here again!

Family Trip

This was a great family vacation! The home was perfect for all of the family to be together and yet had enough room for privacy! The location was perfect, close to all of the attractions we went to! The kids absolutely loved the Zip Line and the ground floor trampoline! The decks were great for our gatherings for morning coffee & evening relaxation! Communications with Susanne was great! we would definitely stay here again!

Celebrated a milestone birthday with grandparents, parents and kids. Lots of space to be together - or to get away in our own spaces for a while. Susanne is a lovely host.

Wonderful getaway

We had a group of 13 ppl ranging from 4 years old up to grandparents! Everyone had the best time we’ve ever had! Family friendly and gorgeous home!

Wonderful setting-beautiful home

Such a great place for our four families with children to spread out. All the amenities made it extra special. The backyard was amazing for the kids. The hosts were wonderful as well. Loved it!!

Beautiful Space!! Celebrated wedding there and could not be happier

Susanne was a great hostess and answered all of our questions as we were planning a last-minute wedding due to COVID. She was incredibly helpful and kind throughout.

wonderful home and area

The home is absolutely amazing and the black forest are of north colorado springs is so beautiful. the owners are terrific. We had family emergency and they they let us rebook the trip for a few months later at no cost

Perfect Family Vacation

This house was just perfect for our multi family vacation. We had children ages 5, 3, and 2 years old, and they had so much fun. The playroom inside was perfect and the kids loved the outdoor fun. The kitchen had everything we needed to make at home meals for 8 people. It exceeded our expectations and made it a very memorable trip.

We rented this home for our staff to stay in for a recent retreat. Susanne and Craig exceeded all of our expectations, and were amazing hosts. This home is beyond beautiful and the outdoor space is incredible! This home would be the perfect place for any large gathering. We will be back!

Small Company Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse! We had a small company retreat and there were enough rooms for our team - each very comfortable. Beyond being a stunning home, there is so much to do, from the hot tub. pool table to the gorgeous outdoor space. It would be perfect for a large family gathering - I am noting that for future as there are lots of amenities for children.
