We all loved the balcony, big kitchen and the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our requirements. We are looking forward to coming back. Also dealing with Julia at Phoenix Rentals was a pleasure. We only had 1 issue with a sink in one of the bathrooms and she had maintenance out that day. We really appreciate her communication and quick response.

The room was amazing!! However, this property was very dirty around the pools. No skimmers working in pools…algae & black mold on pool deck. Disappointed as uses to be spotless when Phoenix owned & managed.

Family Spring Break Trip

Super nice condo! Plenty of space for everyone and easy to access from parking deck. This was a great location too. It was a quick drive to restaurants and shopping.

Great Spring Break stay

We stayed at this property for a week during our spring break. It was a great size for us and two other families. The parking was convenient and a great location on the beach. The weather wasn't the best, so the indoor pool was a lifesaver! Loved it all and highly recommend!!

Beautiful condo with expensive view. Loved the “adult”pool with a separate pool for families. Having a bar and snack bar at the pool was great.

Great location

Being able to park on the same floor as the unit is golden. The floors didn't seem to be moped and the towels are quite thin. Overall the unit is lovely with lots of space for our group of 12 from 8 years old to 71.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: GREAT location, our family loved the rental, location and amenities. The beach although too rough for the kids to play and a double red flags but the pools, lazy river and slide were perfect. However, if you are planning on renting the chairs and umbrella for the beach from IKES don't do this ahead of time you will NEVER rotate to the front. They say the places are rotated every day but after 5 days of rental we still NEVER rotated to the front. If you rent the day before on the beach itself and give a big tip then you will make it to the front of the row. If you want to use the be able to open an umbrella regardless of the wind, then lease a bigger umbrella from them on that day as well. Phoenix Rentals was an A++++ but the IKES Rental was a F-

Summer Reunion

The property was very nice. The only thing that bugged us was the floor. The first day we got there without going to the beach, we are a bare foot family, our feet were black on the bottom. So a suggestion would be to mop as well as vaucuming.

We have made a tradition of staying at Orange Beach over Christmas break. Other properties stock the basics like pots, pans and maybe a electric skillet. They thought of everything. From the kitchen appliances like a air fryer to board games and even a couple body boards for the kids. Thank you for your thoughtfulness. See you next year

Family time

It was a great property. Loved the layout. The biggest problem was cleanliness. We had to take sheets off and wash the day we arrived because there was sand in the bed all in all it really wasn’t clean. It’s a very well stocked kitchen which is wonderful. We LOVED the extra beach toys, boogie boards etc outside the rental the kids really enjoyed using them. The outside balcony was wonderful plenty of seating there were a couple of chairs that need repairs but still plenty of chairs.

The Best!

The abundant space made gave us enough room to all spread out. The secluded master bedroom was a wonderful respite for the grandparents. Being able to park twenty feet away from our front door made unpacking and packing a breeze-No carts needed. Since we were on the East corner, we could really enjoy the sunrise. We are spoiled and only want to return to this condo. The only improvement that could be made is to have bigger sheets-and who really cares. It was wonderful.

Everything was perfect, from the reservation process, to the comforts of the condo. The owners thought of everything. Plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, small appliances, etc. All the bedrooms had comfy beds, and a perfect view from every one. The weather was beautiful, so we got to enjoy the white sand beach every day. We are already talking about returning again next year! Thank you so much!

GREAT FAMILY VACATION!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time in several years that all 9 members of our immediate family were able to take a vacation together. Unit 1111 met all of our needs and more. We had one plumbing issue which was resolved quickly. We didn't like winding around 11 floors, but parking within feet of the front door was great...especially for loading and unloading. There was plenty of room and comfortable furniture on the large balcony for all of us and we spent a lot of time there, starting with breakfast every morning. You can't go wrong with Unit 1111.

Family Summer Vacay

Hello We had a great vacation. There were a few things in the condo that I feel should have been upgraded due to the cost of rental for 1 week. The dishwasher did not get the dishes clean. I feel the washer and dryer were old and didn’t work very well. The master bath needs to be remodeled, a nice tiled shower would be nice and the bathtub with jets seemed very old. There were 2 broken dining room chairs when we arrived and I did report that. We were there with our children and grandchildren, therefore did not use the adults only pool, but the furniture around it definitely was much nicer than what was around the lazy river and other pool. When you walk in and turn right you immediately see nothing but ocean views and the furthur you walk in the better the views get! We opened all the blinds and they stayed that way the entire time we were there! Everything was clean and well maintained. Our party of 8 enjoyed the space inside and outside on the wrap around patio. And there are no words to describe the view from the living area and all 4 bedrooms. Everything was perfect, so I have no idea how well communication with management was. We had no issues and definitely no complaints! Check in was so easy and getting into the unit was just as easy. Parked right outside the entrance to our unit. Loading/unloading was awesome! I would definitely recommend this unit and we will definitely be returning. Beautiful place and unbelievable views!!!!

Great Condo - slightly disappointed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed a couple weeks ago. We have stayed in the particular unit a couple times now. While overall our stay was great. 1111 is one of the best condos we have stayed in at the Phoenix properties. We have came for many years. So, don’t mishear our review. Overall we had a great time. However, the cleanliness upon arrival was not as thorough as it had been in previous years. Food in couches, outside balcony chairs and table turned over, and bathroom sink drawers not cleaned out. Also the ice machine was not working. These things were overlooked and we enjoyed our stay. Just wanted to mention them because they were out of the ordinary for this unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying at Phoenix West II. The facilities were nice with great access to the beach and the pool and public bathroom areas seemed clean. I did feel that our particular condo, 1111 was furnished nicely, but was not clean upon our arrival. Goo Gone had been sprayed on the floor and never wiped up causing us to step into an oily, slippery mess. The sheets were stained and I couldn't tell if they had been laundered or not (didn't smell freshly laundered). The floors were gritty and did not appear to have been swept or mopped. All of the dishes were still in the dishwasher upon our arrival. Overall, the condo is really nice, but perhaps the cleaning service should be reevaluated as the lack of cleanliness detracted from the quality of the condo.

I'm glad y'all enjoyed the condo and thank you for letting me know about the lack of a perfect clean from the cleaning company. I have addressed the issues with them, it is certainly not indicative of past performance and will not be an issue in the future. I hope we hear back from you the next time you would like to visit the beach!!
