Kristen - thanks for the feedback and apologies for the low water pressure and the cleaning issues. I have passed your feedback on to the cleaning team - they should not have missed those items. I cleaned out the lower level bathroom faucet and shower head to got the pressure back to where it should be. All 3 sliding doors facing the lake are being replaced - the first one was done the week after you left and the other 2 are on the schedule for the fall. The dock gets some rough use throughout the summer - I'm switching service providers for next year to get more timely response when mid-season repairs are required. We appreciate feedback - it helps us provide the best experience possible going forward for future guests. This is the first time in memory over 15 years of hosting on Walloon Lake that a concern has been raised about water pressure. As the house a well, there is some natural variation in the water pressure as the pump cycles. Although I have checked the pump & pressure tank and they appear to be working properly, I am having the system professionally inspected to confirm maximum efficiency / pressure. Regarding other comments: 1) The property has a private (not shared) yard between the house on the road. It has hosted a variety of gatherings (including our son's wedding with 75 people attending, a food truck, bar, photo trailer and band stand) and yard games (corn hole, badminton, volleyball, lawn jarts). Our listing does not advertise a fenced yard for dogs. We do, however, provide gates for either end of the large deck to allow dogs to roam freely while enjoying that outdoor space with their humans. 2) As the aerial photographs included in the listing clearly depict the hillside nature of the property, I am surprised to read in the review that this was unexpected. We commonly hear about the amazing view of the lake from our elevated perch - it is unfortunate that this feature did not fit well with the needs of this group. We hope this provides a balanced perspective for future prospective guests.
