Affascinante secondo piano casa carrozza con due camere da letto e un bagno più una doccia esterna. Completamente ristrutturato con tutto nuovo di zecca per il 2015. 4 posti letto.

Scala laterale conduce al secondo piano di sbarco. Soggiorno e cucina completa in camera principale. Bagno completo con doccia. Due camere luminose e un sacco di luce in tutto l'appartamento.

Soffitti a volta nella zona giorno principale e camere da letto. Tutti i mobili nuovi e biancheria da letto, cucina e bagno infissi e pavimenti e le pareti rinnovato. Aria condizionata, wi-fi e HDTV in salotto.

Situato a soli due isolati dalla spiaggia e comodo per tutto a Rehoboth - ristoranti, negozi e locali. Un posto assegnato parcheggio fuori strada più uno pass per il parcheggio per il parcheggio su strada. Cucina completamente attrezzata.

Un rifugio perfetto e tutto nuovo. Pensiamo che sia il segreto meglio custodito in città per vacanzieri in cerca di un nuovo, ben tenuto appartamento privato nel un'ottima posizione.

Great place - awesome location!

We spent 3 night at the House and enjoyed every bit of it! The place is clean and well stocked. A bit small for the family of 4 (including 2 teenagers), but it is VERY cozy and sweet. The location is perfect and the parking is great too. Thank you so much! Looking forward to be back.

What a delight!

This was a perfect fit for my hubby and I who were celebrating our anniversary. It was cozy but felt much larger due to the high ceilings and sunlight. It is a thoughtful renovation with a beautiful spacious bathroom- something that is frequently overlooked in small spaces. The carriage house is a block or two away from restaurants but is situated in a quiet neighborhood. Its location made it easy to keep our car parked for the entire t. We walked everywhere. Michael, the property manager, was responsive to a couple of small issues we encountered. He was pleasant and friendly and immensely helpful. We can’t wait to visit again!

Great location, clean and cozy

Property is in a great location and was clean and cozy. Street parking was easy with the permit. It fit two of us nicely but three would have been tight. Owner should probably remove two references in the listing about a private pool.

Perfect little place!

I liked this cozy little place so much! It was just what we were looking for. With it being so close to the beach, boardwalk, Rehoboth Avenue (shops and restaurants), and a quick drive to Dewey, it was very convenient to walk mostly everywhere. Even though it’s close it was still very private and quiet at night. I would definitely stay again!

Cutest Little Guest House in Rehoboth

This little carriage house is over a garage behind the main house. It is so adorable! It was very clean and comfortable. It's perfect for a couple with 1-2 small kids or 2-3 adults. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic. We only spent two days there, but I would absolutely stay there again. It is small, but we spent most of our time at the beach or sightseeing so this place pefectly fit our needs. The property managers were great as well. They were very responsive and friendly when we had questions.

Great weekend getaway

This is a lovely little place with enough room for 3 adults to stay comfortably. There is a nice kitchen and sitting area and 2 bedrooms. It is at the top of an outdoor wooden staircase so we got our steps and floors in during our stay. The host is very helpful & responsive. We hope to return sometime.

Great Stay!

Perfect location for all the restaurants and bars in Rehoboth. We walked everywhere. The cottage house was perfect, very clean and easy check in and out.

Rehoboth Gem

Nice location, central to the main drag and just 2 blocks from the beach. Quick and easy communication with the property manager for one small issue that was quickly resolved. Property was exactly as listed and clean. (Just take note that the fridge is not full size, although there was enough room for our groceries). The apartment was perfect for 2 adults. We even ended our stay for an extra night. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Rehoboth!

Stay at Carriage House

It was a great little place for our 4 night stay. The only issue we encountered was that the fridge is located directly under where the ceiling slopes and we repeatedly bumped our heads when accessing the fridge. Other than that, it was perfect!

Small but comfy

The property is as described, a short walk to beach and boardwalk. very clean and had all essentials.Instructions provided during check-in is in detail. All the rooms are pretty compact but the bathroom is large! Watch out for the corners of the roof that slope into all the rooms or you might bump your head. Parking is pretty tight as it's shared with guests on the main building. Maybe they should draw parking lines to share the space for 3 vehicles equally. Parking pass provided for street side parking!

Sweet Carriage House

Lovely appointed carriage house within excellent walking distance to the best of Rehoboth. Hotel size refrigerator was too small for 2 people. Rug in front of stove, sink, & counters needs laundry. Good stay. Nice LG TV. WOULD RECOMMEND.

Nice little place

It was clean, nice location, had the essentials, nicely updated finishes. Some recommendations : switch the doors on the refrigerator and freezer for easier access, and make clearer that the twin beds are trundle beds. And it would have been nice to have the new towel racks hung, instead of laying there in the box.

Short Summer Getaway

We had such a great time at this property. We spent just a few days here and we were able to keep it affordable by stocking the kitchen with breakfast, lunch, and snacks while still getting to go out and enjoy fun restaurants for dinner. It was the perfect sized house for our family of 4 and the kids were happy the whole time. You could walk everywhere in just a few minutes.

Fantastic location. Quiet little carriage house, 1 block from the Coastal HWY

We had a slight electrical problem over the July 4th weekend and into the 4th. Michael was Incredible at returning our calls and getting the problem fixed.
