Enjoy an amazing ocean view from this three bedroom Kolea penthouse. Overlooking the deep blue waters of the Pacific, you are sure to enjoy whale sightings during the winter months!
Just through the large wood front doors is the great room. Located here is the spacious living area with a wrap around sofa facing an LCD television with a DVD player. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area, which seats six, and the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and is well stocked for all of your cooking needs.
The large pocket doors separate the great room from the spacious lanai. The lanai offers a lounging area with a love seat and two chairs along with a dining area that seats six. There is also a wet bar and a stainless steel grill for your use. Whether you are grilling dinner or enjoying morning coffee, the expansive lanai is a great spot to relax and enjoy the view.
On one side of the villa are the two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables facing an LCD television. There are large windows that look out to the ocean. The attached bath has dual vanities with a large tub and a large walk in shower with dual shower heads. The second master bedroom also has a king size bed with bedside tables facing an LCD television. The bathroom has large walk in shower, deep soaking tub, and dual vanities.
On the other side of the villa is the guest bedroom. Here you will find two twin beds with a night stand facing an LCD television. The attached bathroom has a vanity and a walk in shower.
Kolea 2C also features a laundry room, dual zone air conditioning, and wireless internet.
