Fishing can definitely vary depending on the season and conditions, but we hope you still enjoyed some time out on the lake. We also appreciate your feedback about the dock. While neighboring construction noise is unfortunately out of our control, and was a surprise to us, we completely understand how disruptive it was to your peace and quiet. Please note that we take your safety and cleanliness concerns very seriously. Our maintenance and housekeeping teams have addressed the following: • Safety Fixes: Repairing the dock handrail, securing the fence, sanding splintering rails, and checking the stairs. • Housekeeping: Deep cleaning all dishes and drains, and upgrading our in-cabin cleaning supplies. • Appliances: Inspecting the dishwasher and washing machine for immediate repair or replacement. Your feedback helps us improve. We will be contacting you and we hope to welcome you back for a true 5-star experience.
