Thank you for the feedback, Margarita. We value it greatly and I only wish that you had said something during your stay so that we could have remedied these issues and provided a better experience. I apologize it was not as you expected. For future guests I want you to know that we have and will take further action as needed and clarification on some points: Our crew is doing a deep clean of the kitchen and making sure to dust thoroughly. There is no missing door on the bathroom. There is a small wire cart between the fridge and wall with supplies on it. I have never had complaints but have asked the crew to organize it. There are no cushions on the furniture outside. Just as there are none in pictures or advertised. The mat mentioned is just an exterior door mat. I have let the crew know it is time to replace it. We do have one locked closet for owners storage in a bedroom. There is a wardrobe in the corner for guest use which may have been missed? I have asked that my crew double check that and other closets for organization in case they have accumulated extra sheets or pillows. The garage is a garage and does get dusty. It is used simply for parking, a spare fridge. and it stocks wood for guest use. The summer brings dust and pollen to Big Bear and our crew does their best to keep up with it. Our floors are dark and dust shows quickly when unloading cars and leaving doors and windows open. The deck can easily have dust or pollen within a few hours of sweeping or dusting due to our weather, trees and winds. We appreciate you keeping that in mind and letting us know immediately if there is an issue. I never hesitate to send over a crew member. The rules may have played a larger role in this review than mentioned so I want to address them. They are county rules, not ours personally. Code compliance has ramped up post Covid and we make sure the strict rules are in our listing and posted boldly in the home. It may seem like overkill, but we don’t want the county ruining your stay by ticketing you. Ultimately we welcome the feedback and want everyone to have a great stay!
