Bello, rilassante vacanza in spiaggia con spazio per tutta la famiglia su 3 livelli. 3 camere da letto 3. 5 bagno di casa di città in comunità con piscina e accesso privato alla spiaggia. Grande parco della città con un parco giochi proprio accanto. Vista sull'oceano da ponti su 2 livelli. 2 soggiorni separati e cucina completamente attrezzata. Free WiFi, TV via cavo. Molto tranquillo, ma vicino a ristoranti e negozi, nonché molo di pesca.

Sul livello di entrata, si trova prima area soggiorno con TV e un assortimento di giochi e puzzle. Ci sono 2 camere da letto ciascuna con bagno privato a questo livello. Il primo ha un letto matrimoniale e la seconda ha 2 gemelli. Vi è un accesso al primo balcone fuori la zona giorno. Sulla strada per il 2 ° livello, si passa la lavanderia con lavatrice piena di dimensioni e asciugatrice.

Al livello successivo si trova lo spazio abitativo principale con open space per la cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno. Questo soggiorno ha TV con DVD e Wii. C'è anche una piccola biblioteca a disposizione se hai finito il tuo libro mentre qui. La camera matrimoniale è fuori dalla cucina con un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato. C'è un balcone con 4 sedie e un tavolo fuori dal salotto pure.

Il loft ha una bella vista della zona vivono al di sotto e anche vista sul mare dalla finestra. Ha un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale per lo spazio extra di sonno. Sulla strada per il loft, si passa il bagno di servizio.

We had a great time staying at the Heart of Surf City! My family came with our two small kiddos (5 & 2.5) and it was the perfect location. Beach, pool, and playground were all super close and we didn’t need a lot else to fill our days! The house was great, well furnished, linens were great, and the kitchen was well-stocked with things we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was easy to communicate with the host if we had questions or needed help with anything. The Trailer Bar only had weekend live music but it wasn’t a problem because we were able to drown it out with a sound machine. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Beach Vacation

This VRBO rental is at a great location. A few short feet to the beach & pool. It was great to have onsite parking and the house had a terrific beach-y vibe and was well stocked for the times we needed. Very convenient to all the Surf City restaurants. Check in/out was easy, the owners were quickly responsive to all the questions we had as we prepared & packed for the trip. There is a small food mart across the street for ice or any forgotten items and we had a great time listening to live music at the Trailer Bar across the street. They didn't play past 10pm. It was a great vacation.

Very Roomy

Lots of bedrooms and space for everyone. Three full bathrooms in each bedroom was a plus. Convenient to beach. Great communication with renters/owners.

Great Place to Stay

Host was a very responsive host when I had questions. Nice place to stay, an easy walk to the beach, and then I was able to relax in the pool. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And for those who talked about the music across the street they stopped at 1000 and it was only one night. Thanks for the nice stay!

Convenient with lots of sleeping space.

Property was nice with easy access to the beach. Lots of sleeping space and the kids enjoyed the games on the 1st floor. Kitchen was sufficient for cooking, but a vegetable peeler, scissors that actually cut and a blender would be a nice addition to the kitchen.

Loved it!

This house is perfect for a nice trip away to the beach. It is in a great location, easy access to the beach, easy walk to food and perfect if your interested in some entertainment. The host was also fantastic to work with. I will definitely stay here again!

Close to beach, activities, and pool for the kids!

This really is the ideal family vacation spot. Unit was clean, very short walk to private beach access, and a pool for the kids when they needed a break. 4 adults, 2 kids, and a dog with room to spare. Highly recommend, we'll be back next year.

Easy walk to beach, comfy townhouse

We relished the quick and easy walk to the beach and enjoyed the shared pool for a relaxed water alternative. We appreciated the outdoor shower and hose access to minimize bringing sand into the home. The open shared space was enjoyable to share with friends.

Amazing stay!

We loved every bit of our stay here. Everything was amazing. Plenty of space for our group of 3 adults & 5 kids. Great communication with the host. We will definitely be back! Hopefully sooner than later. We already miss it 😂

So relaxing and true to advertisement!

Stayed here Monday-Friday with my mom, her friend my 2 sisters, cousin & her 11 month old. getting ahold of the host was super easy and they replied back super fast. The house was clean, just make sure to bring your own linens ( pillow cases, blankets ) & also bring your own toilet paper but those are things that are told when you book but overall we had the best trip! The beach & pool is not even a minute walk and not crowded! We would deff stay here again!

Great for families

We loved the layout of the property. It gave everyone their own space. Everything was nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The only downfall for us was that the pool was not yet open during our stay. Other then that we loved the opportunity to stay here and open to come again!

Fabulous Stay. Perfect Central Location on the Island. Super Family Friendly for mixed ages. Beach right outside our door! Only concern is the amount of stairs...Our 60 yr. old arthritic knees took a beating...No issues for the Young Bucks. Highly Recommend...Owner Lovely to interact with.

5 stars! So easy!

Such an easy place to stay. Clean. Comfortable beds. So close to beach. 8 year old LOVED the loft space. Exactly as advertised. Would absolutely stay again. One caveat, which only matters if someone in your group has bad knees: Wouldn't book for someone who can't climb stairs. Grampy complained a lot😉

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Surf City is the perfect beach. It has it all without being commercialized. We love the small town feel and being able to walk the beach without fighting crowds. This town house is so perfect for our family with the beach, the pool and the playground right next door. It is so much fun while being perfectly relaxing at the same time.
