Oceanfront - Godetevi il nostro meraviglioso residence con 3 camere da letto proprio sulla pista ciclabile della favolosa Newport Beach Balboa Peninsula. Questa fantastica posizione offre alla tua famiglia una camera da letto 3 molto pulita e confortevole, 2 bagni al piano di sotto duplex. Intrattenere in una splendida cucina e soggiorno recentemente ristrutturato con arredi di fascia più alta. Cucina completa con tutti gli elettrodomestici e barbecue a gas. Grande refrigeratore esterno con ampio, comodo e invitante patio molto ampio e profondo. Non puoi battere questa posizione. Esci dalla porta principale fino a un parco erboso con la spiaggia dopo il parco. Lancia un pallone da calcio, gioca a frisby o fai volare un aquilone, mentre la tua famiglia può vederti dal patio. Con la spiaggia e il Balboa Pier, con bagni e docce, passi di fronte al parco c'è un parco giochi per bambini con palestra, altalene e scivoli. Passeggiata a ristoranti, bar, negozi, la Balboa Fun Zone a soli due isolati da questa residenza. Non puoi mai lasciare il patio per una settimana, c'è tutto il necessario. L'appartamento dispone di un posto auto in garage e di tre parcheggi pubblici a pagamento nelle vicinanze. Attività acquatiche come la pesca (mare profondo incluso), canoa, kayak, paddle boarding, crociere di piacere e whale watching sono a pochi isolati di distanza. Ogni spiaggia e attività acquatiche sono raggiungibili a piedi! Noleggia o cavalca la tua bici dal nostro cortile per miglia e miglia di viste sull'oceano, oltre a due parchi di cani acquatici e alla posizione del campionato di surf. Fai un giro dal Wedge al molo di Huntington Beach o oltre! Questa splendida residenza si trova a pochi chilometri dal famoso centro commerciale Fashion Island e da South Coast Plaza. Entrambi gli autobus sono accessibili. Goditi gite giornaliere a Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Knott's Water Park e Anaheim Stadium (sede degli Angels), Irvine Spectrum, UC Irvine, Cal State Fullerton, Chapman University e San Diego! Tutti si trovano a breve distanza in auto dal paradiso delle vacanze. Legland, Sea World e lo zoo di San Diego entro 2 ore di guida.

Nicely upgraded unit including furnishings. Unit very clean and well kept.Great location close to all peninsula activities. Unit located directly on boardwalk which fronts Peninsula Park and is just steps to beach and Balboa pier.

Perfect Location

I don’t want to give away my secret, but this is the perfect location! This place is ON THE STRAND, right in front of a beautiful grassy area and steps to the sand. Perfect for people watching, relaxing, or if you want to walk to a few restaurants or shops - they’re close also! Been coming to Newport for over 30 years, this really was perfect.

Great time in Newport

This beautiful property is a block from Balboa pier. Walking distance to restaurants & shopping. The house all amenities for cooking and eating. All things needed for cooking & barbecuing. Very comfortable for a family of 6. Looking forward to going back next year.

Great place!

We loved our few days at this house. It was in a great location in front of sandy beach and large expanse of grass. My kids spent hours throwing the frisbee with their dad. Having 3 bedrooms was nice so we could spread out. the living room is a bit small, but we spent most of our time outside. We would definitely come again!

Thanksgiving with the family

We loved our visit to Newport Beach. The home is lovely with plenty of room for our 4 adults and two kids. The location is perfect. Right by the beach and a green space with a playground for the kids. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Kelly was very easy to deal with. Everything happened smoothly and without a hitch. Highly recommended!!

Great property right on the bike path and 100 yards from the beach. Walking distance to everything Newport Beach has to offer. Kelly kept us informed of all the upgrades that are happening in the city so we had no surprises. Totally recommend to anyone and everyone

Spring Break

Great experience! It was clear that the owners love this home and love sharing it with others. They communicated well and we were treated like family. We had a great experience and would stay here again and again. It was well appointed with everything we needed from kitchen utensils, Kurig, blender, utensils etc. to beach toys, bikes and beach chairs. Close to Balboa Pier and plenty of restaurants. We were sad to leave. A great ocean escape for our desert dwelling, Arizona family!

Wonderful trip

This was our second time visiting Newport Beach. This location is perfect. It is the reason I booked this condo. The field in front of the property is perfect for kids to run around. My husband even joined a soccer game one evening. Restaurants, ice cream, and shops are within walking distance. The boardwalk and beach are right out the patio. The unit is clean and had plenty of space for our family. There are a lot of instructions, but it was nothing we couldn’t handle or abide by. Kelly was a great host and we would love to stay here again.

Great location, decent apartment, nice bathrooms, great amenities, outdated pillows and mattresses, host was way too micromanaging our stay with cameras at every corner of house including inside the garage. I understand the need for cameras, but using them to micromanage our stay was a bit much. And when we had to depart at exactly 10 AM, she was there to usher us out and make sure we did not go back in and when I did go back in to doublecheck and make sure I got everything, she asked me to take the laundry basket of towels outside the unit, which last time I checked is not my Job, but I did it anyways. The guest departing next-door heard that and couldn’t believe it. We own a vacation rental and would never treat our guests like she treated us. Just trying to give an accurate review and did not want to do this, but felt it necessary for future renters

The beach home is a prime location near restaurants, shopping, fun zone and ferry boat access to Balboa. We also enjoyed time spent on the patio, which faces the beach. We found everything in good condition and well cared for. We have rented this property previously and decided to rent it again because of its location and well kept interior.

Restaurants, bars, Fun Zone, balboa pier, Catalina Flyer, bike rentals, live music, shops, boat rentals, parasailing etc all within walking distance. The boardwalk is basically on the big Patio (4 foot wall separates it) with lounge chairs, regular chairs, big Dining table and a great Weber BBQ. Directly in front there is Peninsula Park with green grass for frisbee, soccer, football, kites etc. Just after the grass is the beach. It’s the best of both worlds. 10 minute bike ride to the Newport Pier, Balboa Island and to the “Wedge” (some of the biggest waves in the Country). It’s good times and good memories for all. The owners of the property are great and they keep the house updated, clean and with all the amenities. Our family goes there every summer (15 years now). Treat yourself and your family to the best Beach Vacation ever!

Ideal location!

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. We came with our kids and grandkids and it was perfect. There was a huge green space and a playground right outside the door and beyond this was the beach. No automobile traffic to worry about. A short walk to restaurants and an area with a Ferris wheel and other attractions that the kids loved. The home was spacious and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The outside patio area was great for sitting in the morning and having coffee. We even prepared a Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen with no issues. Had everything we needed. If you want a great time steps away from the Pacific Ocean, this is your place! Thanks Kelly!!

We had the best time staying here! If you are a responsible renter then this is a great match for you bc this is a very responsible owner. The location is unbeatable and the house has everything you could ever need. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful property in a perfect location!

The property has all of the amenities anyone would need. It's in a perfect location, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The owner was in communication with us and very responsive. The bathrooms are nicely updated. We enjoyed the patio and watching the sunset.

Demolition of a street that started in September ~ log air hammers ~ earth ~ rocks dumped all day

The owner over contacted us with rules every day ~ asked our ages and where we were coming from~ knew the horrific noise pollution weeks before our planned trip~ could have given us a choice to come under the non relaxing atmosphere of a beach house vacation with the demolition going on~ have no respect for her greed ~ constant nagging every day about the rules of the house~ we couldn’t relax ~ she ruined our vacation~

Look No Further!

We were wanting a spot close to the beach that would comfortably sleep 6 and this home was perfect. The Kitchen and bathrooms have been nicely renovated and the park between the home and the beach provided a fun area when we weren't on the beach. The boardwalk passes by right off the patio which provides a fun opportunity for people watching and the village is only a stone's throw away with great restaurants and bars. The owner went above and beyond and we would definitely look to stay again. Overall, a great vacation!

Location, location, location. This downstairs duplex, is very comfortable and well maintained. It has upgraded 400mpx internet and Dvr box with upgraded cable and roku boxes on all TV's. It has a modern flair and is very clean. We are one block from Main St. and all the restaurants. With the beach and everything a great neighborhood has to offer, it can't be beat!
