Cute little place on the beach. Great for accommodating children with diffeeent napping times and eating times. Very relaxing few days!

Amazing place to stay! Host thought of everything. Right on the beach. Right on the boardwalk. Walking distance to everything. Garage parking. They've got everything for the beach. Collapsible wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, surfboard...all right there.

Lovely ocean side retreat - roomy and inviting

We had a wonderful stay here. Wish we had better views of the ocean - one of the main header pictures give you the impression it’s a front facing ocean flat.

Excellent beach condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was spacious for 4 adults and 1 teenager, was well decorated/maintained and had everything you would need for a long stay. The location was perfect, steps from the beach, and the surrounding neighborhood was pretty quiet. You can easily walk to Pacific Beach for more nightlife/restaurants, or walk to Mission Blvd for dining, coffee, shopping. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Loved this property. Great location with great views. Our family really enjoyed staying here. The garage fit our Honda pilot/SUV and would fit another small car as well, however the fit is tight, remember to pull your side mirrors in and have someone help direct you in.

Great beach location

The housing was very nice with three private bedrooms, kitchen and large family room and dining area. The location is great, right on the beach. The area is family friendly and safe. We especially enjoyed our early morning running on the beach and beachside path (easy to get our 6 miles in)! Getting to any of the San Diego sites was very easy. Great place to stay!

Early Holiday celebration with family

House was perfect for six adults. The young adults shared rooms. Location was great with ocean views from both decks. Kitchen and BBQ worked out great we cooked multiple meals in house Would stay at property again

Excellent place to stay. So close to beach. Very comfortable beds. All amenities were great. Only problem the trash bags were terrible (rip easy and didn't fit the trash can and there were ants and the lock broke and we got locked out). Other than that great place to spend a vacation.

The location of this property is awesome! It is steps from the sand and gorgeous view, and within walking distance from many shops, coffee cafes, restaurants, etc. Bedrooms and living area are spacious as are the 2 bathrooms. Plenty of bath and beach towels, which is always a plus. The garage is huge and great for storing beach gear and bikes. Check-in was super easy and host was very communicative with emails. In addition, upon arrival, the floors still had sand on them and host responded within an hour of my call and had cleaners out that day. Speaking of dirty floors, the topic of cleanliness is the downfall of this property. The blinds on all windows were filthy, many surfaces and corners of rooms were dusty, and there were a couple pans in the cabinet with egg coated on them still. It is a bit outdated and shows many signs of wear (some windows do not open, one of the bedroom doors was off its hinge, broken blinds in addition to being very dusty, etc). Sadly, the filth hindered our stay and we would return pending deep cleaning and a few repairs/upgrades.

Great location but check the sheets.

We loved the location by the beach and the layout of the condo. The kitchen was well equipped with pans, etc. The only disappointment was that our sheets were dirty and we didn’t get new ones until two days after we told them, hence slept on top of them.

In reviewing our communication during your stay, we had our housekeeper run some new sheets over as soon as possible. Note- we also provide extra sheets in the linen closet just in case they are needed! We hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay in San Diego!

great size and location :)

The rental feels like you're on the ocean with it's view balconies and location in an ocean front building. The master bedroom was huge, private, and had its own water view balcony and bathroom. There is also a separate deck off the dining room. I suggest blackout shades in the bedrooms. We look forward to renting again :)
