Questa è la nostra casa vacanza a Dunedin in Florida e la adoriamo così tanto che vogliamo dare il benvenuto agli ospiti che vogliono fare una vacanza nel Golfo del Messico, dove l'oceano è più calmo e caldo. C'è una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e la camera della Florida ha un divano letto. C'è un bagno e la cucina con zona pranzo e soggiorno. È piccolo, ma ha tutto il necessario per una fantastica vacanza!

Il Resort offre tutti i tipi di intrattenimento nella Club House. C'è una piscina riscaldata con acqua salata che è aperta tutto l'anno. È inoltre possibile utilizzare i campi da shuffle board, la palestra e il servizio lavanderia.
Il sentiero Pinellas appena fuori dal resort è lungo 46 miglia e va da Tarpon Springs a San Pietroburgo. Puoi camminare o usare la bici per visitare Downtown Dunedin.

Location was excellent. Pool was wonderful. Enjoyed staying here - was able to do some cooking and even though there are neighbors all around I still felt like I had privacy. I also felt safe - important when traveling solo! Parking under a tree was nice too - my car stayed cool.

Great Area a little pricey

Place has had upgrades that we're not mentioned or pictured. Wish they still had sleep sofa in TV area. There were More beds. No more air mattress, now a trundle. There is an issue with water. I think it needs a filter. Used all bottled water except coffee and was ill for a few days because of that. Wonderful area, great people. Home was much, much quieter! Again, Great area.

Dunedin stay

Trailer is in the Dunedin rv resort. Great resort with lots of activities. Great pool friendly people Host - Theresa is a fabulous host. Any question I had were promptly responded to. She really is a premier host. Accommodation - Very clean and well equipped. Lot of plates, silverware. Everything you need for your stay. Side room has air conditioning now and has a trundle bed for extra sleeping space.

2 week stay

The trailer is very old but it was clean. The furniture was comfortable; we were thankful for the recliners. The bed was comfortable too. The fan in the bedroom was not used because when we turned it on, it wobbled so much we thought it would fall off the ceiling. The bedroom and bathroom are very small; the bathroom doorway was too narrow for my husband. The bedding was thin as were the towels. The kitchen was very disorganized in terms of items in the cupboards. The porch was not used as living space but has a small bed. We liked the close proximity to the Pinellas bike trail!!

Clean and cozy, but needs some help.

I stayed at an almost identical park model in the same park last year. The people at the park are very friendly and the pool is nice. The information was confusing. The check-in email said that there was a lock box with a key to enter the rental, elsewhere it said there would be a keypad and that the owner would send a code. I didn't get a code and I had trouble contacting the owner. Eventually, the owner messaged me with the code. I'm glad I was hanging out at a relative's and not on the doorstep. I had planned a bbq with family based on the information on the listing that indicated there was a grill, but I didn't find one when I got there. I don't know if they used to have one, but don't now? This trailer is older but clean and comfortable, for the most part. The bed was firm and comfortable and the furniture was newer. I was happy that so many items were furnished, like spices, coffee, tin foil, baggies, etc. Think of a shared ownership of a cabin, where others leave behind what may be of use to someone else. Now for the cons: The water heater is small, so showers were quick. If there were more than one person staying, you would have to stagger your showers. The windows are old. The tint is fogged on most of them and with there are awnings that shade most of the side windows, leaving it dark inside. Because the windows are old, you can clearly hear activity outside. The unit is on the corner of the main park road so you can hear the cars and conversations. But the biggest issue was that I couldn't get to sleep, because the louvered bedroom window was about 10 feet from the RV behind it, and you could hear normal conversation from them and on occasion, their music. It wasn't the neighbor's fault, they were just enjoying the evenings. It would be great if the owners would invest in some new windows, and tried to make it brighter in the main area. Maybe add a light above the dining table, too.

My name is Teresa and together with my husband Michael we purchased this home because we love to take our vacation by the ocean. We love to travel and since I am from Italy I often go to visit my family there.
I like to cook my Italian dishes and I can find the fresh fish and vegetables I need there in Dunedin.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

This property is ideal for us because it doesn't require too much upkeep, and it's close to several beaches. We love to go to Honeymoon Island for the day or when we want to go further we choose Clearwater beach or Howard Park. We like to walk downtown Dunedin by the peer or visit the farmers market on Friday and Saturday. There is so much to do around here and we still have a lot to explore.
