There was excellent communication leading up to our arrival date. The cabin was available at check-in time. The rooms looked just like the pictures and were stocked with everything we needed—towels, toiletries, and extra linens. There is plenty of cookware, dishes, and utensils if you're planning to prepare food. The double kitchen is a nice touch. We had one issue concerning the A/C and Tari responded quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

We had an absolutely wonderful mountain vacation! The house was beautiful, spacious, and pertect for our group. With 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and 2 fully equipped kitchens, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay comfortably. The mountain views were incredible, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to get away, reconnect, and make wonderful memories together.Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a large group. The location was 15 mins away from the main strip.

This was one of the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever stayed with. Had the property decorated with balloons for my wife’s birthday, checked periodically to ensure everything was spot-on, and wished us a safe trip back home at the end of our trip. Planning my next vacation to this same property soon!Property is well stocked with cutlery, pots, pans, and even crock pots!!! My entire group still talks about this property even a month later!

This was one of the best houses we have rented over the past 20 years. The configuration is excellent, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and sitting spaces. Parking is plentiful and the location is good. We loved it so much we have already booked the house for next year!

This property was in a great location, and was a great place to stay. We had 30 family members staying together for a week, and the cabin had lots of activities to keep kids and adults alike entertained. The views from the back deck are amazing! Communication was quick and easy! My only suggestion would be to have more large pots and pans for how many people the cabin accommodates. Thanks for a great stay!

The layout of the cabin with multiple beds/baths for our large family, plus 2 kitchens was just what we needed. However, we were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the cabin. Most of our bathrooms had scum and dirt around the bathtubs/showers which required us to purchase bath cleaning products which didn't even help the problem. Also, it was clear the house wasn't cleaned properly as there was lots of dirt and dust under furniture. Both coffee pots were broken upon our arrival and the kitchen pots and pans were in terrible condition. Many of the doors to the outside were hard to open and close. The main area rug in the great room was filthy and there were stains on some of the carpets in the bedrooms. If problems such as these could be addressed, this cabin could be a much more comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. The views and location are excellent!

We were happy to provide whatever you needed during your stay and replaced items once we were made aware of any shortcomings during your stay. Interesting how the last guest who left provided a 10/10 yet this visit the very next day was rated so drastically different. We have 10 couples that were gathering for an annual college reunion. We needed comfortable beds with attached bathrooms and multiple gathering spaces for 20 people. The kitchen/great-room accommodated everyone comfortably. The theater was used to watch sporting events.All electronics worked perfectly. TVs in all the bedrooms, large screens in multiple areas. Wifi signal excellent.Highly recommend this home for large gatherings.

First the reason for some 4 stars is there are a few maintenance issues that seriously need to be addressed. Which I made aware of to the host during our stay. Hopefully they have been addressed. Kitchen area big enough for large crowd or family. We fed 25 people each meal with plenty of space/seating for everyone. The kitchen equipment has something to be desired. Not adequate for cooking for that many people. I feel like it needs to be evaluated by the host and upgraded. Bedrooms and bathrooms were as expected. Beds comfortable enough. Bathrooms in need of freshening up caulking would help make them feel cleaner. The deck area is nice, but there is a wasp issue that needs to be addressed also. The pool is a community pool which is small. The kids enjoyed it. The location was perfect for all of the activities we planned. Close to the grocery, hiking, town, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and many more attractions. I would recommend this property to large families. The 15 grandchildren that were there had plenty of activities at the house to keep them busy and enough room to spread out.

I'm glad I could help walk you through the cabin to help learn all the ins and outs of it. You taught me something during your visit and the surround sound system is hooked up. This was the perfect house for our extended family gathering. 24 people of all ages, and there was more than enough room for all of us. The rooms are nice and quiet even with kids running around the house. We loved evenings in the theater room, morning coffee on the balcony with the beautiful Mountain View’s, and afternoon swims in the pool. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
