Located only a short walking distance from Golden Beach Village
which boasts some excellent restaurants, cafes, takeaways, a
medical centre, Spar supermarket and bottle shop and just a short
stroll on the boardwalk to the popular Power Boat Club. The
resort s own award-winning restaurant on site has a relaxed
ambience overlooking the water.

This 5th floor unit has comfortable modern furnishings, insect
screens, ceiling fans throughout, air conditioning in the living area
and main bedroom, DVD player, coffee machine, dishwasher,
washing machine and dryer.

The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and will accommodate 4
guests in a Queen and 2 single beds. There is a Smart TV with
Netflix in the living area.

The spacious master bedroom overlooks the ocean with ensuite and
has a wall mounted smart TV with Netflix. The second bedroom has
2 single beds and a balcony with views of the Glasshouse
Mountains.

The Moorings Resort offers peace and quiet in a tranquil setting yet
is still close to all the action. The town centre of Caloundra is only a
5 minute drive away. A very pleasant walk along the coastal
pathway leads you to the other beaches including the surf at Kings
Beach.
