Starting June 28, 2024 through September 9, 2024.
All rentals will include linens and towels along with 2 free adult ocean beach tags. Guests under 12 have free beach access.

ON SITE POOLS & Courtyards: Our property boosts two in ground Pools are shared with 7 other rentals on site . Courtyards has ping pong, corn toss and a variety of games for children and teens. Property has two outdoor showers , outdoor furniture, tables and loungers. Court have designated BBQ areas that have gas grills for family cooking and and outdoor dining.

This professionally designed, first floor, non smoking, one bedroom Suite (Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children under 12) has an open floor plan with a large living room with large smart TV, full kitchen including small appliances, full size refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. All cookware & dinnerware provided. Full bathroom with tub and shower . Additional Outdoor shower. Bedroom has a queen size bed, furniture, large smart TV and closet system for organization. Living room has a Queen pull out sofa bed. This property has a multi machine coin operate laundry just steps from the Suite. Standard WIFI Internet provided through out the property by Optimum.

Lazy River Rentals offers short term rentals between Sept - April
only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts or home improvements repairs. Guests must provide a copy of employment contract or verification of home ownership. Zoning for our properties prohibits rentals for temporary change of residency using home as a primary residence.
