Summary:
Lazy Lane at the picturesque Shipyard Condominiums is just a few steps away from Fort Zachary Taylor Beach and a quick walk to the world famous Duval Street's bars, restaurants and shops, as well as Mallory Square, and the Historic Seaport. The gated community make Key West feel like home for the week.

The Space:
This two bedroom condominium has one queen bed, king bed and queen pullout couch allowing for a maximum occupancy of six. There is one bathroom at this unit as well as a private washer and dryer. The unit comes fully equipped with a kitchen, free WiFi, and Cable TV. Shipyard Condominiums offers a shared pool as well.

Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival.

Getting Around:
There is 1 private parking spot for this unit labeled with your unit number. You will be required to register your vehicle upon arrival at the guard shack at the entrance to the Truman annex community.

There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, pedi-cab, moke, scooter, golf cart, Uber, Taxi, or by feet. As this unit is located in downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!

rental in Key West

this was the management companies first time managing this property. We felt they did a very good job considering the unit. The windows leaked, the walk-through doors to the deck were broken and swollen, and cannot be locked. There were no utensils, washed cloths for the sink, pots and pans and anything to help keep the place clean. Also, the furniture was about as cheap as it could get, and you can tell they haven’t put any thing into this. Small TVs, there weren’t any controls for the TVs when we got there. for what we paid, it was a very bad deal. Whoever owns this really did not have their act together.

This was no bang for the buck. Disappointing and dirty. Advertised as a 2/2. Toe nail clippings under couch. Dirty floors no hot water to clean dishes and the list goes on and on.

Perfect vacay community!

The property, pool and grounds are awesome. So quiet and tranquil, yet the energetic nightlife is just a few blocks away. Central to just about everything in Key West. Property managers were very attentive when needed. Would absolutely return!

Vacation March 2022

Easy walking to Duval Street, restaurants and activities. Very nice to have an assigned parking space. Management was very quick to respond with questions and requests. We had six adults in our group. The unit was cozy and fine for sleeping. Limited closet space, no dressers and tight floor space for managing belongings and luggage. One bathroom was challenging with six people.
