Welcome to Cienega Getaway!! Our fully furnished and equipped Boulder Bay townhouse condo is the perfect destination for a group of friends or family vacation to the mountains to experience all that Big Bear has to offer. Located walking distance to the lake or local marina and under ten minutes by car to local activities, this complex offers a prime year round location no matter the season you choose to visit however summertime tennis courts, outdoor pool, and community hot tub are just a few of guests favorite key offerings.

Enter into the lower level living room area where you are greeted with beautiful hardwood floors, beamed cathedral ceilings, and the big open sliding glass window that provides the perfect balance of natural lighting and views of the complex meadow and snow falling outside. Snuggle up here on the comfy couch together as you enjoy warming your toes in front of the toasty wood burning fireplace as you pop on a movie on the mounted flat screen Streaming TV with complimentary hi speed WIFI internet provided for your enjoyment. (Guests must have their own accounts to enjoy Streaming Services.) The breakfast bat stools pair perfectly with the formal log dining table to ensure you have plenty of comfortable sitting space for your group to enjoy your meals together right here at the condo. Your chef will love the equipped and modern kitchen offering all that you need to prepare home cooked meals and holiday feasts including oak cabinets stocked with cookware and utensils, general appliances, and even a dishwasher for a quick and easy cleanup.

Boasting two spacious levels of living space you will love having a bathroom on each level of your chalet along with one entry level bedroom and two upstairs bedrooms, each offers big open windows and is made up for your arrival with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels for your vacation stay. Outside you have a private patio area with cozy outdoor furnishings and a propane BBQ so you can relax in the evenings and grill up your freshly caught dinner from the lake. Take a quick stroll down to local Pleasure Point Marina or hop in the car and you are within a short ten minute drive to all local activities- the possibilities are endless from here!

Great spot
We've been staying at Bayshore for 23+ years and this is one of the nicest units. Has everything you need and an ideal location close to town, but away from the crowds.

Do not expect a clean unit!!
I'd say it's a very nice, remodeled and modern cabin in Big Bear, but not clean at all! The sheets, bathrooms and toilets were dirty, you could see all the germs and some hair everywhere :/

Perfect location
We've been staying at Bayshore for over 22 years. Although the lake view has receded, the properties are well maintained. This particular unit was one of the best we've stayed...we will definitely return. Also, the management team was very responsive to our questions/needs!

We are your longest standing local vacation experts with years of dedicated experience and knowledge brought forth within our exceptional customer service and support staff to ensure a 5 star experience for every guest. Our team offers 24/7 support along with local on site offices and experience packages.

Big Bear GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY is enforced at all times during your stay and includes removing trash from the property to local trash sites, washing dishes to alleviate wild animals being attracted to neighborhoods. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, No Over Occupancy, No Loud Music, and No Street Parking is allowed in Big Bear homes at any time. This policy along with a rental agreement will be emailed to you immediately after booking and is REQUIRED by the City of Big Bear Lake for all rentals in Big Bear. If found in violation of these policies guests will be visited by staff and Code Enforcement officers who may or may not issue fines or evictions to the violating party members. No Smoking is allowed in any Big Bear homes.

There is no early arrival or later departure availability during peak season and holidays.

Winter Snow & Parking- During winter months the driveways, steps, porches, decks, and other outdoor areas at your property may not be accessible due to snow or ice. Our teams are on fixed routes for snow and work alongside city and county resources to clear roads, driveways, walkways etc. Guests should be prepared in winter months to shovel themselves in or out of the property and off of the street in these snowstorm events. As there is no street parking allowed in Big Bear it is extremely important that guests make every attempt to get vehicles off the street for the snowplows. California Law requires that vehicles traveling to Big Bear from November thru April have snow chains in their vehicles however we also recommend proper footwear, an emergency kit, and an extra snow shovel.

California Penal Code: (a) Any person who knowingly and fraudulently represents himself or herself, through verbal or written notice, to be the owner or trainer of any canine licensed as, to be qualified as, or identified as, a guide, signal, or service dog, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six month, by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both that fine and imprisonment.
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.

Though individually owned and decorated all homes will be equipped with clean linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy of your property. Each home has a full kitchen with basic pots, pans, dishes, and a small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Your home will not be supplied with paper towels, coffee filters or coffee, specialty kitchen items or appliances, condiments or oils, bathrooms soaps or lotions and hair dryers.

There is no Pay-Per-View access or Ordering of Viewing options in any of our Big Bear homes.

No refunds or credits will be made for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, TV or other equipment factors beyond our control.

Big Bear is a mountain community located in a deep forest which is also home to many forest critters. Common animals or insects that you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects every home prior to your arrival but cannot guarantee that the home will be free of these forest animals or pests.

Big Bear Vacations reserves the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
