Opening off this dining/ living area is an undercover outdoor alfresco area where there is a gas BBQ and dining furniture. What better way to sit back, relax and take in the beautiful relaxing surrounds.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, and family size fridge/ freezer. A powder room with a toilet and vanity is also located on this level.

The main bedroom is located on the upper level, it has a split system air conditioner, walk in wardrobe and ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity. The other two bedrooms with built in wardrobes are located on the lower level. They both have access to another private balcony allowing the beautiful sea breezes to flow through. Also located downstairs is a spacious bathroom with a corner bath, shower, toilet, and vanity. Next to the bathroom is the laundry with top loading washing machine and a drier. Clothesline is just outside. Park your car in a double garage with internal access.

A quick four-minute drive and you are in the heart of Nelson Bay where you will find various cafes and restaurants, Whale and Dolphin cruises, bars, and boutique shopping.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
