We are so excited to host you during your stay! Being avid travelers ourselves, we love the experience short term rentals have provided being able to experience life as one of the locals in wherever we're going. We wanted to give the same experience to people visiting our properties and be able to provide the most incredible accommodations to all of our guests.
We obsess over every detail and have an incredible team to ensure our properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard prior to your visit. Our guests' book with us for a reason, and we'd love to host you for you to find out why.
Currently we are helping homeowners from across the country manage their investment properties / vacation rentals by welcoming guests into their homes through our property management business, Pique Properties. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and handle all the logistical work that goes into managing short term rentals. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for our partners and investors is just a small part of what we do.
If you like the idea of short term rentals, but simply don't want to handle the day to day management of dealing with guests, coordinating maid staff and maintenance, managing your calendar, and marketing your property to earn the highest nightly rates possible, feel free to contact us and we'd be happy to have a complimentary consultation with you and see if we are a good fit for your needs. - Our house features two full bathrooms and one main floor bathroom.
- Only a 7-10 minute drive to Downtown Core and Rogers
- Modern decorated space with stunning furnishings and bright ambiance.
- Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad.
- TONS of available street parking.
- Lightening fast WiFi on our large 55" SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix.
- Located close to The University of Alberta and UofA/Stollery Children's Hospital are only 10 min away!
What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each bedroom for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast!
-There is a basement suite in this home, but it is completely separate with it's own entrance so you aren't sharing space with any other guests.
Our house comfortably sleeps 9 guests with 3 queen size beds, and a 1 large sofa bed and 1 smaller sofa bed the main living room.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
