Summary:
Bohemia Heights is your little Cairns sanctuary. Located just 1.2 Kilometres from the city centre, a 15 minute stroll is all it takes to get to the heart of the city. This quaint but spacious apartment offers two generous sized bedrooms, with built in robes, an entertainers open plan kitchen/living area, and an on-site swimming pool. You won't find a brand new build with perfect lines here but you will find a cozie place to stay, brimming with personality and and character.

The Space:
Comfortably accomodating 4 people, we have done our best to style this apartment with a mix of new furniture and character pieces rescued from storage and sourced sustainably to give them a new lease of life.

Our favourite spot is the cozie balcony. An awesome spot to kick back and enjoy Cairns like a local.

We also have an in-house travel agency, Cozie Travel, with local travel experts that have a wealth of experience booking a wide range of tours, both within Cairns and all over Australia.

Great easy and comfortable

Stayed here for the second time in two years. It's well priced and big band for the bucks. Clean close to the city but far enough. Aircon , spacious and lot of light.

Great place!

We had a wonderful time here, and it was really nice to have a full apartment to ourselves at the end of the day. It’s a bit of a walk to downtown (around 20-25 minutes) and there’s very little around the area before you get to downtown, but the walk was not that bad. The apartment itself is in nice condition and was very pleasant to stay in.

At Cozie Homes, we understand owners’ needs because of our own personal experiences. We started out on Airbnb with a single room in our own house. Our success with this single room inspired us to let an entire floor, offering a cozie, self-contained apartment in our Queenslander. This eventually became two apartments, and we then spent a couple of years creating the perfect formula for maximising bookings and customer satisfaction.

A year later, we bought a second property and repeated the formula, to great success. Now, a few years down the line, we are a fully licensed real estate agency with a plethora of awesome properties, which we manage on behalf of their owners.
