The magic starts with the view: magnificent vistas of Table Rock Lake from two sprawling decks, plus comfy outdoor living and dining areas for taking in the view.

Just add burgers from the gas grill, a coffee from the Keurig, or a glass of wine from one of Branson’s vineyards.

Next, the perks: your own private, indoor pool and spa. Yep, you read right—an indoor pool you don’t have to share with someone else’s kids!

If your kids do want to make new friends, you also have access to the neighborhood outdoor swimming pool (with waterslide) a short walk away, along with a splash pad and pickleball court. The neighborhood indoor swimming pool is just two streets over.

Then there’s the interior design: inspired by our love of Scotland and a vision of a Modern Castle on the banks of the lake in the Ozark highlands. 😍

Get comfy in one of 6 bedrooms, each with a king bed and its own en-suite bath.

Designed for families, 4 of the 6 bedrooms have both king-size beds and luxury sofa beds for the kiddos or teens. Or pile in with friends to relive your slumber party days.

On a rainy day (or just a relaxing one), queue up a movie in the home theater or play a round of pool. The Family Room also has 2 more sofa beds to round out the sleeping space.

From the convenience of a washer/dryer to baby items and board games, every detail is curated for a cut-above vacation experience.

OUR NEIGHBORHOOD

Simply around the corner from State Park Marina and no more than 25 minutes from practically anywhere else you want to go in the Branson area, this vacation home is the perfect base to chill out at during your vacation.

Our community of Branson Cove is right off Hwy. 265, giving you easy access to the traffic relief routes to move about the Branson area easily.

SWIMMING POOLS, PLAYGROUND, PICKLEBALL COURT

Yes, plural is correct -- there are two pools in the neighborhood that you have access to! Both the heated indoor pool and the outdoor swimming pool are a quick walk from the front door, plus the outdoor pool has a super-fun water slide that will shoot you (or Uncle Pete) out like a cannon.

The kiddo's playground is on the other side of the outdoor pool and the pickleball court is next to to the outdoor pool.

The path to the lake and a small park with fire pit and picnic tables is at the corner of the neighborhood.

Big families are our jam! We have one of our own—6 kids between us, plus their significant others, and 3 grandkids—so we know how tough it is to keep the peace as your group size increases. Add in the grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins, and those friends who are like family... and you've got a ton of people to please.

We're happy to share our insider info about where to get a massage, who to choose as a fishing guide, how to avoid the traffic to Silver Dollar City, who to contact for the best tee times, and lots more.

We also share our favorite places to eat, although those recommendations might be a little heavy on BBQ, Mexican, burgers and ice cream. :) In fact -- we have a super duper special partnership with The Haygoods and Silver Dollar City that are ONLY for our guests. (Both savings and serendipity that you can't get anywhere else!)

ADDITIONAL INFO

- $35 per night per dog plus taxes. Small dogs allowed with pre-approval only. Dogs are not guaranteed to be approved. Please ask first.
- Local tax and cleaning are additional

- Credit card must be on file in case of damages. We will send you an email to authorize a $1 hold after your booking is confirmed. This hold begins 3 days before your arrival and is released 3 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules are broken.

- Drivers license will be required with our signed guest agreement after you book, along with a selfie holding your photo ID

2. No cancellation fee! If you need to cancel before 30 days of arrival, there is no cancellation fee.

You can purchase travel insurance for your reservation! The standard policy covers quite a few reasons for cancellation and applies to your whole traveling group.

Note that all new reservations have the option of purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason insurance policy besides the standard travel insurance policy. You can purchase this when you make your reservation with us, and the insurance is automatically connected to your stay.
